Some time back I found a charge on my credit card in the amount of $175.00 dollars consigned to Steakhouse Seattle. As I had never eaten there I called the business and spoke with the service manager. He informed me there was no restaurant and that the charge on my credit card was for some home delivery stakes I had purchased sometime earlier. I did purchase almost 700 dollars worth of prepackaged quick frozen steaks including filet mignon, ribeye, T-bone and New York cuts. The quality of the meat could only be described as third rate. The filet mignon was as tough as any round steak I had ever eaten. Generally speaking the quality of the product would rate somewhere between poor and marginal. I would not recommend purchase of meat from this company.

Someone in their van came into my office today offering me steak. I have a lot of current tenants who offer free products bc of the positive rapport we have with our customers. When I realized this gentlemen was not a offering a free product which does happen frequently here, I simply stated that I would not like to purchase anything. His whole attitude changed, and he was really upset with me! He packed up his boxes and rudely stated "I wasnt going to offer you anything for free!" And left. Im so sorry for the miscommunication, however I did not appreciate his customer service at all!!! It made me very uncomfortable.
