Food is always great and the front is clean. Mens bathroom is clean. Condiments area is clean. Somehow crew members are never shown how to load napkins in dispensers correctly so the short flap is not exposed for easy pulling, and since they get overstuffed, you pull out, with great difficulty, a number of napkins trying to get a whole napkin out. This is a typical occurrence in this store. Seating benches are too close to tables so it is difficult for a large person (250 pound man) to sit at a booth. Benches and tables are always sticky. I dont understand how they wipe them down. A little more attention to detail by management and this place would easily have 5 stars.

I love Taco Time. Im really surprised by the negative reviews posted here. I love that they are environmentally conscious and compost in the store. Their fast food containers are all compostable. I love that they purchase their food (potatoes, vegetables, cheese, etc) fresh from local farms. And I love their soda machine that has over 100 drinks to choose from (whaaat!)! The service at the Monroe Taco Time is excellent, everyone is friendly- I have never had a poor experience and I go frequently. I hate fast food- but love Taco Time. Good, good, fresh, fresh!

The food is good, however 4 out of 10 times they get your order wrong. Most times the rice is over cooked to the point it is crunchy. Also, everytime I have visited the drive through it has taken 10 to 20 mins or longer to get my food. It seems really slow for how many people are standing around. Just visited and the only filled the rice half way and there was some strange shredded substance in the rice. What the hell is going on with this place, feels like you never get what you pay for.

Carole at the Monroe WA Taco Time is kind, polite, enthusiastic, remembers the customers, cleans up after diners at lightning speed and goes about all the daily tasks with a cheerfulness that lights up the day for everyone around her. Stellar example of what an employee should be. Left very impressed. The food was really good and the restaurant was immaculate as well.

Just tried going through their drive thru a half hour before closing time, nobody answered me at the machine so I drove forward, the window was open and there was a bunch of people inside so I asked if they were open, and they all ignored me, one person just stared at me and didnt say anything. Fricken irritating and terrible service.

Compostable package and fresh, local ingredients. A little bit of a pain to get into if you are eastbound on US-2, youve got to take a left at the light past it and loop back though the parking lot. Mature and friendly staff and they bring food to the table.

I ordered a get fit bowl, took it home and started eating it. I bit down on something hard and it was an acrylic fingernail. I threw up and i havent been able to eat yet. I will never eat Taco Time again
