A. I have worked there for over 6 months in the past so allow me to give an enterpretation of my experience as an employee. When I worked there, the manager was less than friendly to the employees so I can only imagine how she might have been to the customers during complaints and disagreements. That was her issue not a problem of the entire restaurant. Since I left, they are under new management and the new general manager is a sweetheart honestly. Very compliant with the customers and very sympathetic. B. Also in regards to the phones. They often dont answer the phone due to being understaffed. Remember, Pizza Hut is a VERY VERY LARGE corporation(the largest pizza company in the WORLD). And whatever the heads of the corporation decides to do trickles down to each branch. They want them to cut as many hours of labor as possible while making their forecasted sales numbers at the same time they are running their ridiculous deals which completely undercuts the sales margins while having to work with limited staff. I am not trying to vouch for the store but I think being able to understand the ludicrous circumstances they(the workers and the management) are put under may help you to be more patient or understanding. They try their best with what they have. But the guys at the head of the company dont give them much to work with.

I always buy Bone in Wings and Stuffed Crust pizza. At first the experience was great food was good and service was fast. After a few times everything went down hill. I ordered pizza and waited over an hour for it. I called because it took so long and they said they didnt have stuffed crust anymore. No one called me to explain and Im curious how long it would have took. No big deal one time incident right? Every time I call... Let me note I call often theyre out of Bone in wings and stuffed crust pizza. Doesnt matter if I go in or call. Theyre always out whether its a Monday, Wednesday, or Saturday. Seems like laziness to me. In addition how does pickup time take 15 minutes and delivery 1 block away take over an hour? Another problem they have. Hire more drivers and stock more food. Problem Solved. AND GET RID OF DANIEL!!! HE CANT TAKE ORDERS!

I have not been inside, we do delivery. Our food comes hot and yummy..I swear the last pizza brought looked like a picture perfect pizza... I know theres times during traffic hrs. no matter how badly theyd like to be on time, traffic sucks thru Enumclaw! I accept that :) The drivers have always been friendly, polite. Sometimes they are busy and it may take a sec to answer, but I dont sweat it. Its called theyre working. Im the one being lazy..lol I do not wish to think the resturant is as some of you are claiming. I do however understand sometimes bad reviews come from friends of whom may work certain places, are perhaps a bit unhappy so friends will write bad things. I will have to check it out to be sure. Anyway, I personally have had nothing but good food and friendly service.

Twice now we have ordered online with this chain and we go to pick up the pizzas and the "never got our order" when we get an order confirmation number and a email confirmation. We lived in Bonney Lake for 3 years and always ordered online and never had an issue, we move back to Enumclaw and in two months we have had this happen twice at the Enumclaw location. Im not sure if its a system error or human error, but they should probably get it fixed. Absolutely ridiculous.

If i could give you no stars i would. Got sick after eating there Sunday April 24, 2016. All there menus were sticky and when said something the girl said well my shifts almost over the next person will take care of it. And sat there for over an hour talking to her friends. Mold in the kitchen where they cook. Took almost 2 hours for a pizza in there store. Are you kidding me. Need to hire new people including manager.

U guys never answer ur phone u are losing a lot of business to little Caesars pizza where they always answer their phone!!!!!! They dont out source to some stupid call center come on its enumclaw are U really that busy???? They also have much better pricing I will always drive 10 mins away for hot and ready pizza and a business that answers their PHONE!!!! Pizza Hut in enumclaw u are absolute trash!!!!!

We ordered two pies and it took an hour to get it to us just down the street. Both pies were completely wrong, we called and the manager was incredibly rude to us. We had to argue to receive the right pizzas and had to give the other pizzas back to the driver. Two hours later and were finally eating pizza that leaves a bad taste in our mouths. F u pizza Hut.

Its a Pizza Hut. Pizza isnt bad. Service is great. They are mostly staffed with local youngsters, but they do a great job. Kids from Enumclaw just seem to be hard workers, and always so nice. Had my daughters soccer team party there a couple years in a row, and they never have a problem keeping up with the crowd.

The customer service was excellent and we ordered the dinner box, Garlic knots and a salad bar. The salad is fresh and delicious we got our pizza in 20 minutes and garlic knots within 10 minutes of ordering. The food is hot fresh and delicious my step daughter had a great birthday thank you.

It was the worst pizza i have ever had taste like it was 5 days old and cold no beer selection and they forgot half are food never go again horriable place the bathroom was disgusting poop every where nasty place

I love their Pizza. Last week I bought large Veggie Pizza from them for 11$. They said if you will eat here we will charge 20$ and if you take home then we will charge 11$.
