If I could give less stars I would. Took me about 15 minutes to actually get someone on the phone, when I did he said he was at a remote location (WHAT!) He did know the area I was talking about and that he would transfer me. When the store phone rang it put me on hold, while I was holding the recorded message said the Flavor menu specials. She finally answered the phone I proceed to place my order from the Flavor menu I just heard a few minutes ago and she tells me they are no longer doing that menu. (WHAT!) YOUR RECORDED message JUST TOLD ME ABOUT IT. She said let me ask my manager, she comes back and says NO we stopped doing it. Good grief! Im done Theres at least 5 other pizza stores in the same shopping center. Bye pizza hut.

I just called in to place my order for delivery and it was quite possibly the worst experience Ive had. Im not sure if it was some sort of weird new call center they have or just a phone issue, but the time between me talking and her hearing me was nearly a full minute. It took me almost 15 minutes to order a dang pizza!! It sounded like she was reading a script and was doing a horrible job at it, very unpleasant to talk to, difficult to understand her broken English and incredibly frustrating when she didnt understand what a Hawaiian pizza is... That will be the last time I order pizza from that location.

An absolute joke, we got our pizza after an hour and a half and it was definitely just sitting on the counter the entire time before it was delivered. It looked like it was made this morning and it is 7 PM. Then the sauce? Oh wait WHAT SAUCE? There was NO marinara on my pizza and my cheese stuffed crust, the cheese was hardened and disgusting, I took a bite and had to spit it back out. When we called to get a different pizza because that is the least they can do they offered us a $20 credit on a $35 order.. are you kidding me? Never again, I suggest you don;t either.

I ordered a gluten free pizza with some garlic wings they showed up with just pizza I called back for my wings they denied it blaming it on the website....I then called back after an hour still havent received the wings ....the guy answering the phone blew up on me saying its on the way after calling it in an hour earlier ...my instructions was to call me not ring door Bell...driver rang door Bell..poor customer service for a new location just opening up

Since people tend to post reviews when they are dissatisfied, and not when they are happy, I felt the other side needed to be heard. I had no problems at all with this Pizza Hut. I ordered online without issue. Order was ready when I arrived and I was out the door with my food in less than a minute. The pizza and cheese sticks were delicious. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

My order was screwed up and the pizzas were sloppy. The manager noticed the screw up refunded my money and got my other pizzas out to me right. He handled it very professionally and made it right.
