Horrible experience! 4th time eating there & will now NEVER go back. We understand it was busy after a blue jays game but we waited for 2 hours for our food. It was not our servers fault at all, she was great. The manager on the other hand dropped off our food and did not even acknowledge the fact that we had been waiting for 2 hrs & did not even slightly apologize. Our server offered to bring fries & 15% off food on our bill was all the manager could do, big deal! Again, he made her come over & tell us ... way to be a manager & have your staffs back. As we were leaving we could see our server telling the manager our review & he was watching us walk out with a smirk on his face & chirped one of the guys saying "see you again" or something passive aggressive like that. Food: why did you ever change your menu? Not 1 out of the 4 of us thought our meals were good. A crunchy chicken sandwich was nothing more than a chicken strip tossed on a plain bun. Boneless chicken wings were mostly batter, not meat. kale salad is not worth it, we can throw kale in a bowl & home & poor dressing on it. Southwest chicken sandwich was slimy & blah. Dont waste your time or money!!!!!!!!!

After reading the bad reviews and seeing this place only had a 2.8 star rating I wasnt convinced this is where my husband and I should go to lunch before we went gambling. However, he convinced me to give it a shot and we decided to go. Our waitress was Sam and we sat in the bar area. It was pretty busy, but not ridiculous. Sam was attentive, without hovering and checking in every two seconds, which I love. Nothing is worse than having the servers at your table too much. Our beer glasses were never empty, and the food came out in a decent amount of time. We ordered the armadillo eggs as an appetizer. Lets face it, deep fry anything and smother it in ranch and its delicious. The real treat was the burgers. They were cooked perfectly, juicy, and had amazing flavor. Im pretty sure I inhaled mine, and didnt actually chew it. The beer here isnt really anything memorable, but it was still cold and refreshing. I had a sampler, and Id have to say the best one was the Washington Blonde or the Pale 71. Overall its not a five star restaurant, but its definitely better than the 2.8 rating Google shows. I have a feeling well be back next time we decide to go gamble again.

This was our second visit. We went when it first opened and wasnt impressed, but thought we would try again. Very clean, no wait time, friendly greeting. The drinking water is awful, Im not sure why....... Calamari was very greasy, covered in peppers and fishy. I actually gagged and spit one out on my plate. (We told our waitress and she removed it from the bill. Very thankful for that.) Both kids meals were good- mac and cheese and grilled cheese. I got a side Caesar salad. Had zero flavor/dressing. Ending putting left over ranch from my kids carrots on it! Husband got clam chowder to start, then fried chicken and biscuits and gravy. The clam chowder was flavorless with a hint of fish. It was more "jelly like" than creamy. The gravy was the same, just a big blob of gelatinous goo on top of very dry biscuits. No flavor at all. I tried some of his coleslaw and gagged......again......soooo..much horse radish. I think the price for the amount of food is good, but the price for the quality of food.......I still wouldnt eat it if it were free. Unless its on the kids menus! Best carrots Ive ever had, for real.

Went to the Marysville location during a shopping day at Seattle Premium Outlets ~ The server LOST out credit card ! She scanned it, returned the copy for signature with no card. She looked & lookedm even trying to blame us for picking it up and misplacing it ! I put a freeze on the card immediately, which ended my cash back bonus points for the rest of my shopping trip, The "manager" brent came over and said he did not think she could have lost it, but, offered us a free appetizer, wow, what a deal. As we were leaving the mall an hour later we stopped back in, wow, she had found it stuck to the bottom of a beverage tray. This just should not have happened, ruined our day, hence the poor review, and, no, we do not need to go back. Food quality has gone down since our last visit, thinking this place may be on the way out, beware !

Im not sure wht others rated this place so poorly. Ive been here 3 times and the food has always been excellent; big portions for a fair price. Their Faberge burger is the best!!! I do recommend joining their mvp club to get great coupons. On Mondays, children eat for $1 to include meal, drink, and ice cream which is an incredible deal. Their cupcake desserts are also excellent; perfect portion size, taste, and value ($3). I have had their beer and found it to be pretty darn good. One thing I did not like is their happy hour does not apply to the dining room, only the bar area. You are basically penalized for bringing along your children. Also, the parking here is horrible as you always have to fight for a spot with people shopping at the outlets. I do recommend eating here for quality food at a great price!

Terrible service! Sat at bar. Not once did bartender ask how is everything is/was. Our empty plates never cleared away until i pushed it to 2 empty seats away or behind bar counter after 20 min of finishing. Wife had empty glass of soda and never asked if she wanted refill until bill was ready to be paid. Wife ordered kale/Quinoa salad and it came w/o quinoa. Asked bartender if this is right order - no quinoa in it. She said shell bring it on side...lol, she brought a TINY ramekin of quinoa. Really? Wow. She even had 3 other assistants behind bar so she wasnt busy and she had help but i guess they were clueless. Terrible! Didnt even follow up afer delivery of missing quinoa. Bar was not full. Many empty seats. SAD.

Mediocre at best for my family. Put it this way, I never give reviews for restaurants, but our food was so bad, and service so slow, that I had to. I had the fish and chips...fish fried so long, that it was chewy. Never experienced that before. All the fries were luke warm and chewy, my wifes sandwich was missing the avocado she asked and paid for. The waitress was nice but not competent. Eventhough she knew we were not pleased with our food, she failed to get the floor manager involved or something. Just got the bill for all of the food and even for the food we didnt get. For the price, you can go to Bobs or Red Robbin and leave content. We will never go back to the Ram.

The service was good. The food was horrid. It used to be good until they changed their menu and cheapened it up. They used to have a good Asian salad. The last one I ordered arrived at my table with a blob of white boiled chicken on top of lettuce with some dressing. It looked disgusting. It didnt taste very good, and I couldnt bring myself to even try the chicken. I can stay home and make better food......Oh and one more thing, they were short pouring the drinks. The Vodka Tonic I ordered was Tonic with a touch of Vodka. I sent it back. Got the same thing back. Im not going there again. McDonalds has a better salad.
