On Christmas Eve of 2015 I threw Christmas Eve dinner party. So three weeks before Christmas I went in and ordered a buche de Noel and paid in advance. They assured me that it would be ready by Christmas Eve morning at 9am. When I went in that morning they told me my cake wasnt ready and to come back at 12pm. So at 12pm I drove back all the way to Kirkland and was again told that the cake wasnt ready and to come back at 5pm. We called again at 4pm to see if the cake ready to be picked up. When they answered we wore told that they didnt any more vanilla cake (which is what we ordered) and offered to make a chocolate cake instead. I was extremely angry because I had already paid for the cake three weeks ago and at the last minute was told that they didnt any ready. I did get a refund but no one apologized for not having anything ready. I used to go here often but I will never go again after how badly I was treated on Christmas Eve.

Everyone here is super friendly and the pastries are to die for, what isnt is the wait. They only have 3 people working at this location on the weekends which means extremely long wait times. Just add a 4th person and everything gets improved. I hope management looks at these reviews. I just saw 3 different groups leave to go to the juice bar next door because of the line.

As a French woman, I can say that this French Bakery is the best one for me in Seattle. I have been leaving for almost one year and half in Seattle and I had the opportunity to try other French Bakeries. This French Bakery is simply the best for me. Their bread is excellent ; the quiches are awesome! The room is not very big but very comfortable and nicely decorated.

Nice bakery cafe... Nice selection of coffee drinks, but as always, its only as good as the barista whos making it. The crepes are good.... The pastries are ok... the fillings are less than before. The baguettes are good. Street parking or parking underneath the library... crowded on weekends. Food 4 Service 4 Decor & Ambiance 4 Cleanliness 4

Everyone here is Always nice to my family and I when we come in. I love the lattes and mochas they make; its so much nicer tasting than other brews around town where everything is so so dark and bitter. This coffee is nice, toasted, but smooth. I dont know what it is but a latte plus a slice of their pear almond tart is Amazing!!

I had an Almond Chocolate Croissant. It was ok. It only had small chocolate inside. The selections of bakery to take out was small. The Fresh Strawberry Crepe was good though its bit too sweet with power sugar. The cream of Fresh Fruits Tart is very delicious, which might be mixture of custard and whipped cream.

Great coffee along with their many variety of pastries! They have their espresso beans flown from Italy every week, I just love going there for my morning latte! And the pastries are delishes and you just cant go wrong to stop by have a cup of coffee and something to go along with it!

Had a $3.25 chocolate and almond croissant in this nice neighborhood cafe, which was quite large and very delicious (well toasted pastry and a good combination of chocolate and sugary almond filling). Seems like a popular place - someone else bought two dozen pastries while I was there.

We have continued to visit this hotel every couple of months including bringing all our family there over the holidays for Bellevues Christmas celebrations. The service is great, the rooms are perfectly okay (small bathrooms in most rooms), but the location and value and superior!

Used to be great place when owned by the original owner, but since ownership changed - so did both the service and the quality of food. There are a few other places around now that make French baked goods as well or better... although these folks used to be the best at one time.

We only had time for some of their great coffee and a ham and cheese croissant when we went to this place but you could tell it was a step above the Starbucks of the world The coffee was super and the croissant was exceptional I would go here again

I had a lox crepe, chai latte, and chocolate croissant while visiting, and they were all DELICIOUS. Plus, friendly staff, great location, and good people-watching from the window. Not cheap but not expensive, either. Great place!

The pastries are authentic, as good or better than those weve had in Paris. The Cafe is clean, pleasant, and conveniently located. There is limited seating, so during the busy times you might have to wait for a table.

Small French cafe in downtown Kirkland. Excellent pain au chocolat, baguettes and croissants. I enjoy stopping by this venue for either a morning coffee and pastry or to grab a baguette to go with dinner.

Ok little bakery. The Bellevue branch at Crossroads is better. Uncomfortable seating. Good pastries and the coffee is nice. Good location.

Good bakery, but that Asian guy with glasses is a total jerk and has a terrible attitude to customers.
