Monday 4/24/2017, was the LAST day I ever go back to this restaurant. Quality of food has gone bad to worse on a monthly basis and the service, one of the WORSE places I have even been (unbelievable). The woman that works there has no clue about the service that she should be providing, ZERO customer relationship with no manner. I am wondering how this business has been surviving after a few years with this kind of service and food. It is unbelievable and shocking ... Dont waste your money on the food there. Cook your own Iranian food at home, even if you are not Iranian or arent a good cook, you will do a better job!!! I wish I could give them ZERO star.

There is nothing special about the food here, but the owner treats some customers better than others. We ordered shirazi salad and two kababs. Our salads had more onions than anything else. The kabobs were ok but weve had better kabobs before. While were there another couple walk in and they obviously knew the owner. They ordered the same salad, but theirs was served with other garnish and had more tomatoes and cucumber than mostly onions like ours. We also noticed they were wiping the silverware with a rag (apparently wiping spots or polishing) but it didnt look sanitary handling them by hand. Were not going back again.

Food is ok but service is THE WORSE!!!! My buddy had his 21st bday there...ended up spending about $1300 for the night...long story short, we accidentally broke 2 glasses and you should have seen the reaction from the lady that works there...she started telling my friend how its the last time shes doing a party for younger people without adults, told my other friend to stop laughing, and when I tried to step in and tell her to chill and just charge us for the glasses, she said "i am not talking to you"! What the heck?? She also refused to bring us more glasses...all of that over 2 freaking glasses! their staff needs to CHILL!!!

Family owned restaurant that takes pride in satisfying the consumers appetite. The same dishes in other Persian restaurants on the eastside cost at least 20% more with smaller portions. There long grain basmati rice is some of the best I have had in any restaurant. The kabobs are very tender and flavorful. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you have never tried Peesian Cuisine.

Terrible place. I used to go there in the past but very recent visit was a nightmare. Quality of food is horrible, service is even worse. Seems these people have no idea how to run a business like this. Never gonna show up there again.

Uncooked raw rice, cold food, instead of safaran they use food color on the rice!!! And no onion or mint/basil with my kabab on my take out order (ever)... (i guess its true when they say "you get what you pay for") lol

I know a Persian food theyre incredibly delicious but this restaurant do not even Use zafran and butter on rice which is the most important part of the Persian rice but the food is still expensive as a hell.

MESSED UP customer Sevice. if you want to get your food ontime order it AT LEAST an hour and half ahead, or you can just simply wait there for 45 minute while youre the ONLY customer there.

Great first time experience. Looks like a whole in the wall but food is amazing and customer service is awesome. Get the Rumi special and add a salad!!! Yum!!!!!!
