I dont like to write negative reviews but let me tell you a story and each individual person can judge if I am justified in doing so. I walked into this Jamba Juice, great location in the heart of Woodinville. I walk up to the counter to three employees having a conversation. I stand in front of the counter in the place I assume you place an order. One of the employees was clearly ending their shift and was talking to the other employee still by the counter (the other had left). I sat listening to these two talk for a good two minutes thinking surely they would greet me to help me out. This was not so, in fact the one who was leaving looked at me like I was a nuisance for interrupting their conversation... Eventually the girl who was left at the counter took my order and I eventually received the smoothie I had ordered (waiting a long time while my wife who had just gotten out of dental surgery waited). Not a bad smoothie, I dont go to Jamba Juice often so I had nothing to compare it to. Long story short, among the top 3 worst customer services I have experienced in my life. Fair warning to avoid this place if you are not fond of this kind of customer service.

I walked into Jamba Juice really looking forward to having one of their "Chunky Strawberry Energy Bowls". I got up to make my order and I asked "can I please have a strawberry energy bowl?" And the lady cuts me off half way through my sentence and just says "no." And then continues to just stare at me and I thought she was just joking but after 30 seconds I realized she was serious and was just being rude. I didnt get an explanation of why I couldnt order one, so I left the store empty handed and went home. Im not very happy with the service I got and I was quite embarrassed too since there were many people watching. :/

Hector and all the employees were very welcoming and accommodating! I have a severe orange allergy which upsets most smoothie places due to having to hand wash a blender before using for cross contamination. They happily avoided my allergen! Hector was very knowledgeable and happy to answer my odd questions, and accommodate my weird requests. Ill happily drive out of my way to visit this location for the amazing service and wonderful beverage! Thanks Hector and guys!

My drink order of 3 drinks came out over the course of 15 minutes! Other peoples were interspersed between them. All three were the wrong size and very thin. They had my name wrong so I didnt know the first one was mine so they gave it to someone else and had to then remake it for me. They need a manager doing order flow and quality control!

Four employees in the store. Only two working. No one washing their hands after returning from the back or running their hands through their hair. We had an unresonably long wait to order then an even longer wait for our drinks. Had I not told my daughters we would have a smoothy I would have even before ordering.

Being in the heart of rainy, cold Woodinville, this place always seems to have people in it. It is kept very clean and the high school employees are very friendly and helpful. Seems somewhat nicer than the standard Jamba Juice.

Ran by teenagers that complain about their job and gossip while customers are there. Then they give you attitude if they mess up on your drink.

Jamba has the best smoothies on the west coast. Service is really good at this location. We go there every week. We are hooked!
