What a nice experience we had at the cup and muffin! We noticed it on our way back to Seattle and stopped in for some coffee, originally intending to drive-thru, but the walk-up area looked inviting so we parked and walked through the gate and up to the window. At first I was taken aback by how nice the service was, but chalked it up to small-town friendliness. I ended up ordering a mocha and a BLT sandwich. The coffee was very well done and the sandwich was delicious! The owners, Mark and Amy, came out and sat with us near the little water feature where their children were playing while we sipped our beverages. We ended up skipping a ferry we were enjoying ourselves so much. We look forward to stopping in again!

Lady in front of me ordered 5 coffees. The server acknowledged me, I was fine and paitent. Sat on the barstool. Smelled like pee really bad, like bad, cause the bathroom was there. But a regular came in and she started serving him before me. I got up, they looked at me. I asked if there was another coffee shop nearby, cause I couldnt believe it. I sat for 5 minutes and then got pushed aside. First and last time there.

Oatmeal was bomb af. Did not expect there to be a drive thru. Usually when I get off the ferry I go to McDonalds but these girls are speedy and friendly and I will be going there every time I get off this ferry. Chai tea latte was better than anywhere else. Good place for breakfast, huge variety.

Always our first stop after disembarking from the ferry on early morning trips. Good selection of hot drinks, pastries and savory treats. Great staff, they always make you feel welcome. Small outdoor seating area is a plus.

Amazing sandwiches, especially the grinder. The baristas were super friendly, even though my drink order was difficult. Excellent service, I hope theyre open next time I pass through Kingston!!
