This wasnt the worst Ive seen, but it definitely was far below the best. The service was literally terrible. When you walk into the door, the sign says Please wait to be seated and so we waited. We were told by a waitress that we could seat ourselves. This seemed strange but we did sit down. We happened to sit in an area that the same waitress was there to help us with our dinner menu. Our waitress, during the first half of our meal, spoke to us in a short and snappy tone. When we asked about beer selection for the sample tray she said that the entire menu was at the table. She did not offer any additional information and left. When she came back and we told her our first selection, she said, "No, we dont have this beer." Pointing at the top of the page she said that "This says we MIGHT have it." This was extremely rude. When I asked about the mac n cheese for an ordering option she again said that they didnt have it. This would have been helpful to know Before we made any selections. When we got the food, it was average quality. Extremely POOR service and long wait times. Beer was good quality, but it is Rouge. Place was also dirty - sticky floor, table and chairs were not wiped down (my chair had onions and seeds on it from previous customers). We were not offered water - we had to ask for it. We also had to ask for forks and napkins. Though she did check on us once during our meal, it was quick and rushed - it seemed as if we were unimportant. The meals are expensive. Will NOT eat at this location again. Other Rogue breweries are better.

Best burgers around (Kobe), good pub fare, and of course the beer is great. Good Chit Pilsner and Chocolate Stout are my go-tos. Rotating seasonal beers. I miss the Juniper Ale they no longer have, it was my favorite. They also offer stronger, extreme beers, and samplers served on a paddle. Service can be a little inconsistent based on who your server is, but not bad overall. Close, convenient and friendly. Merchandise, t shirts you can purchase. Favorite is their "garage sales" where they discount cases of beer several times a year. They sell and fill growlers too! Old brick building with hard wood booths, just like a brewpub should be. 4 or 5 small outside tables on the sidewalk. Tattooed, pierced, and sandle-wearing staff who look like they all drink the beer. Casual, comfortable place for locals. We also hit the Rogue in Astoria, OR whenever were down that way. Get a Rogue Nation membership card, you get some discounts at all locations.

I have been here countless times, and I have tried 90% of their very plentiful beer selection. Their X hop series are all fantastic, and I have never had a bad beer. Dead guy is a classic. I seriously cannot say how impressed I am by the beer. I am from Colorado and only come here on my monthly business trips, but every single time, without fail, I am impressed by the deliciousness of the beer. Accounting for all the superb local breweries I have been to all over the county, this one has the best beer. And I have never been to the other Rogue tap rooms. The quality of the food is not Michelin star, but it is solid, engaging food. The bacon is great. Burgers are very good. The kale salad is great. The Kobe Blue Balls are wonderful. Occasionally, the service is slow. Every other aspect is so good, I couldnt knock them down a star for that. Regardless of speed and attentiveness, they were always friendly and welcoming.

I went here during the NBA PLAYOFFS and sat at the bar where no other people were sitting.we asked a worker to change only the T.V. close to us to the basketball game,so he did without a problem.he even said he was happy we asked to put it on so he could look at the score.BUT not more then 5min later the other bartender came over and asked why is basketball on HIS tv.we told him we asked to have it on.we were then told that he was changing it to the baseball game and they only allow Seattle sports teams on their televisions.even though it was every other tv.the other bartender came by to check the score and when he saw it was changed back he asked us what happen so we told him.he then said sorry the other guy hates basketball and thinks he owns the bar.so we got up and left to go watch the basketball game elsewhere. Very disappointing!!!!

The food is average pub fare, nothing to be terribly excited about for or against it. The service is atrocious. It took 15 minutes to be seated even though there were empty tables available. We then had to wait 30 minutes to order and a full hour after that for the food to arrive. Then there was another 20 minute wait for the check. Its not particularly the fault of the servers, they didnt seem any more or less efficient than servers anywhere else in the area, but they appeared to be waiting on 15 tables split across the different rooms in the restaurant. This along with trying to seat the people arriving was simply too much for them. This wasnt a one time freak occurrence, every time Ive been here the wait has been similarly long. Other reviewers have noted the wait as well. Its a real shame, because the beer is great.

The first time visited at lunch the service was awful and unpleasant. But the beer and food was awesome, so I visited again this time the manager was there serving us and it was totally different. My two children got drinks an food and crayons and coloring paper. Also she made sure this time I got my rogue card for discount on beer!! Awesome! Food and service was fast. No excuses just great service. Thats what I like when I spend 80$ for lunch. I also asked about a hat I liked and she told me when it we be in. I cant remember the females manager name but she saved me as a customer. Ill be back

They suck on service. 15min for someone to talk to me, ordered a beer...10min later I get a water...10min later get beer. Had to borrow menus, never got napkins wiping hands on shirt, water empty right away and never refilled. This is my 10th time coming here and typically this is their level of service. Issaquah had only a few decent places and they can get away with ducky service because their beer is solid. Id talk to a manager but am pretty sure given their service they couldnt care less. Tragedy is a buddy who was a head brewer for Rogue helped start this place...

Not sure where the bad reviewers ate. Service for me was fast. Kobe mushroom burger great and delivered nearly as ordered though well done instead of medium as requested. Price is a little steep at 15 a burger but it is .5 IBS kobe beef so at least I wont lactate or anything after eating. Only rogue beer served here but they make a large variety. Salad with blue cheese is a salad with actual blue cheese crumbles and craisins and nuts to boot! This place aspires to higher plateaus than burgers and beer and I had a good experience.
