Been going here for 15+ years and the place has gone to the dogs the last 3 visits. Tonight was a to go order. I was told 20 or 25 minutes. It left after 10 minutes took me 20 minutes to get there and when I walked in I was told it would be at least another 15 or 20 minutes even though they werent busy. So I went shopping came back in another 20 minutes and was told that something had happened and my order was being pushed to the front. It had now been an hour since I called the order in. This is the third bad screw-up in a row. Avoid this restaurant in Graham and take your time and drive to Eatonville or one of the other restaurants. If I could give no stars I would.

One word- lento. Had lunch on a weekday, only people in the place. Service was very slow (guess it was siesta time). Had the grilled chicken taco lunch. Tasted ok, mostly unremarkable. Atmosphere was ok. Nice Mexican music on the overhead speakers. Seats dated and dirty. I recommend this place only of you have time and dont care too much about how your Mexican food tastes.

Standard Mexican American type restaurant food. What brought us here was the cabbage slaw that was served with their chips and salsa... but I came in today and was told they dont have that anymore. So disappointed! Since that was our main reason to go out of the way to go there, we likely wont be returning. Bummed out. That was the only place we could find that.

The service was okay, but the food was terrible and the prices were high. They brought out bean dip for the kids without us asking for it, then charged us for it on our bill. The kids food was chintzy. The food we ordered tasted terrible, I didnt even eat half of my dish. Only two meals out of 13 even tasted good. We definitely will not be going there again.

Outfitted with your standard Mexican restaurant decorations (not sure about the authenticity), this place honestly doesnt look like much. However, the food and the staff more than compensate for the exterior appearance. The chili colorado was excellent and the beef was cooked to be rather tender.

My wife and I have given this place numerous chances.....The food is your basic Mexican/American fair. The food is average, but the service is TERRIBLE. We constantly need to prod the staff to fill up our water glasses and ask for more chips and salsa. The buffet is sub par.

Have to wait more than usual for the waitress to arrive at our table. Chips were stale and the salsa too hot. The shrimp tacos terrible like few chops shrimps inside the tortillas. Overall in flavor, terrible. Better at others mexican restaurant.

We just had the BEST experience going here as a family tonight. The server was delightful, happy and super awesome. We downed the chips and they kept bringing us more. We had 3 bowls lol! We were so pleased with the service. 5+ stars!!

I read the reviews and was shocked by what some of these critics had to say about puerto villarta. My girlfriend and i come to this restaurant weekly the service is great, the food is excellent. Way better than mazatlan and tres amigos
