I ordered a cake for my babys 1st birthday and the person that make the design wrote "Olovia" instead of Olivia. I told the bakery lady about the mistake and she said that they cant do anything because the person that did it left the place. She told me: "You dont have to take the cake if you dont want to" and I told her that I paid for it the day before, and she answer back "I can give your money back". I was really disappointed and upset because the party was about to start and my baby would not have any cake with her friends. The other baker offer him to add her name with cream but it turned out a horrible job. First and last time that I order something from this bakery. Horrible customer service, the place is dusty, disorganized and dirty

My family and I have being buying our cakes here for a long time now. My oldest boy is 5 and I have ordered all his birthday cakes from here. Definitely love their customer service as we have never had any issues with delayed orders.

Great cakes, if you order few days before you can add a photo on your cake if you want ,they turn out great. I have been ordering cakes here since my kid turned 5 , now she is 9, so yeah great cakes☺

This bakery is authentic Mexican style pastries. Their cakes are beautiful and reasonably priced. They always greet you with a smile and are very helpful with the cake designs. Love this place.
