This place is amazing!!! I frequent many of the bakeries in the Puget sound area and this place is the absolute best in french pastries. Great atmosphere the friendliest staff, family owned and operated. The croissant are worthy of your last meal. The Pâté chaud is delightful as is the tasse de crème. Get there before 11am as its baked fresh every morning and first come first served and you will miss out on this little slice of pastry paradise. If you like croissants, then youll love this place. They bake fresh daily a variety of croissant-centric items like twice baked almond croissant, twice baked chocolate croissant, cinnamon puff sticks. For savory choice theres pate choux. We come here early in morning for breakfast.

This place is small and doesnt look special from the outside. But, dont be fooled. This place is a hidden gem. the specialty pastries are indescribable. First come first serve basis, so get here early if you want any of their tasse de creme (their amazing salted caramel pastry).

The pastries are wonderful, coffee the same. I love coming by. A wonderful place that does not get the business it should. I enjoy the croissants, the almond croissants and love to look at all the other treats. In Mountlake Terrace the Grand Perez is where I want to be.

Been here many times. Delicious food and personal service. That in which is the the only downside. If there is a line there has been only one person making orders. They take your order and make it for you right there. The wait can be a bit long sometimes.

Great little bakery. I always order an Almond Stick. They would get five stars if they added more options, brought back the gigantic cookies, (those cookies were the size of my head!) and reduced the prices a bit. All in all, this is my go to bakery.

Super friendly, surprisingly delicious pastries right there in Mountlake Terrace. Having just recently traveled to Paris, I can say that this is like a bit of a real slice of France here in the NW. Good coffee too.

This is a cute local place. Pastries are delicious! I appreciate that they have loose leaf teas, just wish they had a bigger variety. Also, its generally quiet, so its a nice place to study, read, or work.
