This place is filthy and customer service is horrible. My sisters and I went for an evening dinner around 8pm. There was NO customers, when they brought out our food, my sister took her 2 bite of pho and found a good size cockroach in her bowl of pho. She scooped it out onto a napkin so we could address this issue to the owner, she could care less, she replied "you must have lost your appetite?" Went to sit down with her mother and started eating their food. They also made my sister pay for all the meal when I told her not to. Will report this situation to the Local Health Department. Giving bad customer services and having a dirty restaurant will not succeed as a business owner. That is why there were no one in the restaurant. Never will I return to this place.

Went there yesterday and the place was empty when we walked in. The woman came out after 5 minutes and then sat us down. We ordered the chicken pho and it wasnt too bad. They couldve added more chicken and flavor but not all that bad either. The Thai tea with boba was really good, and the egg rolls werent too bad. Over all the food wasnt anything huge but it wasnt too bad either. The only thing this place needs is more customer service rather than the employees just sitting in the back and you having to call them over. Honestly the thing I like the most is that its relatively close to my high school so I can go after school with friends anytime.

Took my family to eat there and my 2 year old needed a high chair and i swear they only have one! ONE high chair! What kind of restaurant would only have one high chair. Not just that after the other customer was done using it, the lady did not even wipe it clean instead she just brung it over to us and i had to ask her for something to wipe the left over food on the high chair off. We waited for almost 5 to 10 minutes for the menu to come and almost close to 20 minutes for the foods. There was only 2 customers in the store at the time. Food is okay, but the owner needs to really put on with a better customer service

horrible customer service. we had to ask for our waters. the lady was just standing talking to other customers that were already done with their meal. I was going to order the fried chicken for my two kids but when I ordered it, the lady stopped me and said it takes too long to make about 30 mins at least for the chicken to cook. okay, why put it on your menu if you are going to tell customers that at least put it on the menu. on top of that the pho wasnt that great. the papaya salad was the only thing that was decent. I dont think I will be returning to this place due to the bad customer service.

I just had lunch there and it was pretty good. I had chicken pho. The taste was pretty good but the only thing that I didnt like so much is that there was a little bit of thin strips of chicken. They could put more chicken in it but other than that it was great. Also I found out that if you eat this 2 pound meat pho its on the house and you get your picture up on their "wall of fame" :) pretty cool I think. I will go back since they also have orange chicken and I work down the street :)

Second time here, family owned and operated. If you are in a hurry not the place for you. Real nice owner lady, takes your order and food made fresh. Tried P6 which is steak and meatball Phó. Excellent and great prices, orange chicken great, Spicy salt and pepper Shrimp with Jalapeños to die for. Combination fried rice. So far each time I come here to eat. Try something new. It is good and close to home, perfect combo.

if I could give this place zero stars I would. the service was terrible the owners sat around like customers and a 10 year old (Im not joking or exaggerating) waited on us. The food took over 30-45 minutes to get to us one persons plate at a time and was so salty it was inedible. Skip it and go to any of the other bazillion Vietnamese places in Fresno theyre all better. Definitely not legendary.

8/26/16 Waited damn near ten minutes for a Thai tea special order with a small amount of milk. Fail... got our tea with hot boba balls and with extra milk it upset our stomachs. so unhappy with this place. Service was so bad and not to mention people waiting to get menus and water. Never going back again. Ten minutes for tea?! I can only imagine how long people had to wait to get served.

The pho is tasty, but theres nothing legendary about it. The service is always slow, last time we almost walked out because it took over 25 minutes just to place our order! The last two times weve eaten here, they got our orders wrong (we only ordered 2 bowls of pho and egg rolls- how hard is that?) This place is not worth my time or money. Im happy to find a new pho restaurant

About the worst place to Bring in your family and order food to go. Owner takes your order and forgets to make with they say 15min. This happen 3 times already and always say there is only two of them. When owning a business youll need more then 2 workers if you want to keep having customers come in. So here I am waiting for my order to go when I called an hour ago.

Let me start by saying they probably have the most AMAZING smoothies Ive ever drank in my life. On another note their Pho and combo fried rice was incredibly delicious. The restaurant might not be on the high end of restaurant style decor, but they food speaks for itself simply delicious.

Good for a quick, affordable, bite, my friends and I frequently go here after practice. The pho is decent, but nothing extraordinary, thus the lower prices. My friend is far more experienced in Hmong cuisine and tells me that Legends pales in comparison to many other pho places.

I had a small bowl of seafood pho. It was still a big quanity & couldnt finish it. It was good & Ill order there again. Very clean inside. My daughter ordered spicy shrimp & sticky rice it was also really good. Super reasonable

Foods decent has boba but service is terrible. The last few times ive been here they take forever to get you despite it not being very busy , go anywhere else with better service because the food isnt anything special

Dont go to this place if youre expected quality pho or food. Its mediocrity at its best. Too many people hype this place up. Its like going to a Chinese buffet expecting really good Italian food. It aint happening.

Service is slow but its worth the wait. Their Pho is good and the spicy Hmong sausage is even better. Ask for the chili sauce. I also got a Thai Tea Boba smoothie. I highly recommend this place.

Good reasonable price, convenience location, authentic Thai cousin. Family own restaurant. Service is good. We all love our meals.
