Worst customer service possible. I have never felt compelled to review anywhere but the way i was just treated was pretty whack. I placed a online order which they claim isnt in the system. I then showed the manager my recipt and she proceded to make my order. This took around 30 minutes and when it was done i found my order cut in half. I only had half of the things i ordered.After getting the manager for a second time she proceeds to tell me since its not in the system she has to eat the cost. My brother a taco bell employee who was with me told her and i both that was bullshit. She then just said okay and made the rest of our order in minutes. Honestly blown away a grown person can stand to act like this. Will not be returming. On top of everything was still missing a burrito but didnt want to bother with it any longer, i had already killed a hour of my life.

Unlike numerous times in the past where what you got was Taco-Bell quality food and service that youd expect, today 8/27/14, the drive through was stupendously slow and the food served was cold. Clearly the food had been cooked or heated well over an hour before (XXL steak burrito) as it was warm in a few places, but really cold in others. Very unsatisfying Im afraid. The drive through line may have been due to one persons (large?) order, but I stopped my engine after five minutes or so, only to start again and move forward and then turn it off again for few minutes of non-movement. It is a drive through, not a "park n wait", correct? The previous gal that was always at the drive through was not there today. She was always warm and friendly and was faster than the service I had today. Minor thing, but enough to not come back all things considered.

I have only seen one regular employee at this location in over 4 months or so. Every time I visit, theres almost an entirely new set of faces. Last time I asked if it was a training location, the cashier - who was wearing a black hotel chain t-shirt - said that it wasnt. I always get food to go. The food orders are sometimes correct, but lately they havent been. Missing items, extra items, the wrong food items, items not made as ordered. But, if you want Taco Bell in Mukilteo, this is the only place youre getting it if youre not driving into Everett.

Service absalutly sucks. They dont clarify anything and out of the four times I have Ben here something was missing or cooked wrong in every single order. Getting it fixed was such a pain and I would rather have just tossed the food and asked for cash back. The ONLY reason I visit this place is I can walk to it. Its the closest within miles. But at this point, I might walk the evetra two miles to get to mcdonals

always messes up my order. Asking me the same questions twice. Been going on for months. I called the franchise but I guess this one is different than other tacos bells and therefore I was unable to file a complaint. Horrible people, service, and the food tastes different than the one on 99. I will eat at tacos bell again but NEVER this one.

I eat here at this location a lot as Ive worked nearby for a couple decades... The current staff are great and have been taking great care of me consistently for the last couple years now. Great job guys.
