I just got food from the drive thru of your Bothell store. Worst experience of my life, thats not an exaggeration. Besides being told I couldnt order a combo thats on your website I had to pay more to get the same food. I ordered a soba broth bowl with chicken, a Thai chix salad, a grilled cheese and tomato soup. When I got home the salad came with about a tablespoon of salad dressing, the soba bowl came with no soba noodles!!! A soba bowl with no soba noodles??!! The grilled cheese was cold on one side and soggy on the other side. The only thing that was edible was the tomato soup. I called and talked to Crystal Laughlin the "manager" I told her what was wrong with our order and she seemed immediately annoyed that I thought there was something wrong with it. She told me I could come back and get a refund, I asked if I could get the food remade correctly and she hung up on me. I called back and talked to her again and asked why she hung up on me and she said she didnt need to be treated like that... I was certainly annoyed after spending $25 on food and everything being incorrect or cold but was far from rude. I told her I was coming back to the store. When I got there I showed her my receipt and the food. I asked her about the soba bowl, why was there no soba noodles I asked, she couldnt explain. I showed her the grilled cheese and how soggy it was, she told me I ate most of it. This was a half grilled cheese of which I took one bite which was subsequently spit out because it was cold and soggy. If I had known that was going to be an issue I gladly would have returned that part too! The manager, Crystal Laughlin, then told me she wouldnt refund my money OR remake our food. I asked her why, I asked her why she asked me to come back to the store, she said that she doesnt get paid enough to deal with stuff like this. She then threatened to call the cops to have me escorted out of your store and walked away. I asked another employee to get her and she came back out, at this point I started recorded the interaction on my phone for my protection and she had two of her male employees leave from behind the registers and stand directly behind me in the lobby in an intimidating manner. I asked again for a refund or my food to be remade and she again refused and then called 911...!!!!! I have never experienced this level of service in my life. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. I was essentially robbed by Panera for $25 and didnt get any food. I will be posting the video on all of my social media accounts and will be contacting your corporate office as I was told to do by your "manager".

If I could give zero stars I would. I decided to go through the drive-thru during my lunch break. I had ordered the You Pick 2, (Turkey Avocado, Brocolli Cheddar and a bag of chips). When I got to the window, it took awhile to receive my order. And by the time I got back to work (with barely anytime left to eat my food because it took so long...), I realized they gave me the wrong sandwich, no chips and no utensils for my soup!!! I called back and spoke to an "Alexis" and explained what happened. She placed me on hold so she can "talk to her manager". After a few minutes, she returns and says, "Well take care of it on your next visit, just mention you spoke to Alexis." A few days later, I go back through the drive-thru casually explained my previous visit and my conversation with Alexis, and the cashier was so rude about it. She kept saying, "we dont have any managers by the name Alexis", even though I explained I didnt talk to a manager but with whoever answered the phone. She places me on hold, (and before she did, she acted like I was causing a huge inconvenience to THEM, even though theyre the ones who screwed up)... she comes back and says theyll give me my meal for free. So I wait in line at the drive-thru, when it was my turn to roll up to the window, the cashier basically throws the bag at me. I said thank you, even though she was so rude. I drive all the way back, and they gave me the wrong soup... I ordered broccoli and cheddar, and they gave me chicken and rice... Im not sure if this was truly an innocent mistake or just to be spiteful... but STAY AWAY from this Panera. Go to Alderwood or Northgate, theyre a lot friendlier and never get your order wrong!!

I decided to treat myself to lunch out. I ordered (through the drive thru) a pick 2. I had a tuna sandwich and Caesar salad. Imagine my surprise when I got to the picnic area to find not only were there no napkins but I didnt even get a fork to eat my salad with unless I wanted to use my fingers. It seems that every time I go through the Drive Thru there is a problem -- no napkins, asked for no lettuce and there is lettuce, etc. If fast food workers want $15/hour then they need to work at a $15 level, I know I did when I was working some of my very first jobs -- which none were to become a career! I wont be coming back -- I called to complain and all I got from the shift manager was that she was speechless. Then why was she in charge? Because she was the only one who would show up on a Sunday? Bad decisions always come back to bite you - pun intended.

Place is OK. The cashier is really in a hurry though. First there was nobody at the register, then within a min the lady came to the register. There was nobody behind me and the lady that took my order just 5 mins ago was in such a hurry that she interrupted me 3 times trying to wrap up my order during the process of me ordering for 3 of us. And the whole time no smile no thank-you. Feel like being ordered to swipe the card, press whatever keys needed... At the end I said thanks and was greeted with nothing. Maybe its the Seattle freeze that peoples are talking about. But no expecting it from the service industry. The gentleman that help get the food to the table is super friendly though.

27$ for 2 half sandwiches, 1 small cup of soup, a small chicken Cesar salad 1 cookie and a (2$) bottle of water. Thats fine and all, I suppose, but I didnt receive one of my sandwiches, and the cookie advertised at 99¢ was charged at 1.99$. Went back shortly after these discoveries, man at the counter seemed very skeptical of my receipt and claimed very matter-of-factly that the cookies could not be that price. Also, top of receipt claims "free treat" for an order mistake because "Accuracy Matters" no free treat, counter man? For shame. Broccoli and cheddar soup is very good though.

I travel regularly for business and always enjoy Panera. However, this location is particularly slow. My guess is those saying its "fast" just dont know. I have driven through, ordered to-go and dined-in at this location. Each time was met with friendly, but slow, service. A couple times Ive received the wrong order. The last to-go order took over 20 minutes for a steak sandwich and salad - they had forgotten to cook the steak and had to recook. Its these mental mistakes that inconvenience the casual customer and bring this location to a grinding halt during the lunch time crunch. 2 stars.
