I cant quite explain the 4.5 star average review except perhaps for lack of competition; so this Thai spot may indeed be "the best Thai food around." * Pad See Ew - 4.5 stars (~$9): This was definitely the highlight of the meal. The noodles had the perfect texture - soft, silky, but not too mushy. The chicken was not too dry, and the flavor was overall very delicious. It was all down hill from here. * Seafood Special - 1.5 stars ($14.95): Small portion of yellow curry (frozen) seafood stir fry. The quality of the seafood was unforgivable. * Duck Noodle Soup - 1.5 stars ($8.95): The broth was bland, there were a few pieces of duck (which were mostly fat or bone), and the noodles were an untraditional medium flat rice dry noodle, not fully cooked. It was edible but reminded me of instant noodles. The complementary salad was a nice touch and the service was very friendly, but the food overall was mediocre. I would return for the pad see ew but nothing else. Tip: They take Visa and MasterCard, no Amex.

I just had lunch here today and was so very disappointed. We ordered the Fresh Spring Rolls as an appetizer, I ordered the Pad Preaw Wan and my daughter ordered one of the noodle dishes. Our rolls didnt come out until my daughters dish did. I still had to wait almost 10 more minutes for my dish to come out. I thought the Rolls were amazing and they are the reason they got 2 stars. I took my first bite and was so excited as it looked fantastic, what a disappointment, it tasted just like Heinz Ketchup I couldnt believe it. I had my daughter taste it and asked her what she thought, she also thought it tasted just like ketchup. I told the server I didnt care for it at all and that it tasted like ketchup and asked him to take it away and to please bring me the same thing my daughter had. Once she was finished and we continued to wait for another 20 minutes and still had not received my replacement we decided to leave. I will not be going back

The food is great. Spicy green curry, tried khao so chicken with noodles very good. Each coul have been split with some one. Try the fresh spring rolls. The little touches make this quaint little place even better; the cucumber and fruit infused water, thai iced tea with the straw paper folded into a rose. The colorful rice crackers and sauce, the rice served in a heart shape instead of just scooped on your plate. I hesistated about giving this place 4 stars due to the interior looks a little dated and could use a remodel but its still a cool place.

One of the best thai restaurants Ive had yet. Definitely one of the best in Vacaville. Service was great by waitresses; they are very friendly and efficient. Food were brought at a timely mannered. Items on menu are very affordable for any occation. Most importantly, dishes are very well prepared, and taste great. The appearance of the restaurant is chic and modernly decorated yet there is a hint of authenticity. The overall size of the restaurant is not spacious. Reservation is desireable for big party events.

I love Rose Garden! This is seriously the best Thai food in town. Ive been to Ruen Thai and everywhere else, but Rose Garden always has the best food for the best price. You can control the amount of spice from none to HOT! The dishes are always flavorful and filling, and the service is exceptional. Come here for lunch specials and youre sure to be satisfied. Pad Kee Mao and Chicken Panang are my favorites.

Place was so good! The food, staff(my servers were beautiful both inside and out), cleanliness and they were very detail oriented my straw wrapper was made into a rose and the water they served had fruit in the pitcher. The best part was honestly the price I would recommend it to anyone!

Came here on a whim while traveling. Located in a strip mall off of I-80. Simple thai salad as an appetizer. Calamari was fine. Mixed vegetable pad Thai was so-so. The green curry, while appearing very watery was actually quite good. Not bad, but not great either.

The food at Rose Garden is fresh and delicious. The owner is very friendly and will cook anyway you ask. They offer brown rice as a substitute for a small fee. This is our top Thai restaurant in Vacaville. We only go here now.

Good Thai food and reasonable prices. I had a basic Panang curry with rice. I enjoyed the little salad they included on the side without my asking. Ill be sure to go back again if Im in the area.
