the customers at this particular Starbucks are very cold and robotic. If they look up from their computers long enough to notice you walking by they completely ignore a smile. not so, the baristas. They are very friendly. Still, I think Im going to look for a locally run independent coffee shop instead.

This review applies only to this specific location of Starbucks! Ive tried unsuccessfully since it opened to like this location. Consistently lackluster service and bland espresso drinks. This is not the easiest location to get in and out of either. Three strikes, Im done. Ill go elsewhere.

Really bad experience here. One of the hotpot of hot broth/oil slid off of a faulty burner (we learned after it happened). Burned two people, my mom and my niece. No compensation, no accident report! Niece was ok. Mom had to have burn treated and wrapped for a few weeks.

Too noisy, too many people, and no place to go to get away from there noise and people. Tis the season, but we seriously need another couple more Starbucks in town to try to trim down on the crowd a bit.
