I wanted to give zero for the terrible service that I received. The guy named "Rich" in the name tag treated me like a second citizen because of my Asian look. Through his bad experience from some Chinese customers in the store, he assumed that I am a rude Chinese that he treated me rude. I am from Japan and Im proud being polite from my culture. I will never go back to the store with a racist attitude. Treat every customer with respect.

Stopped by for lunch on a whim. I eat vegan and while the selection was not huge, the food that I ordered tasted very good. The staff was very helpful with helping me make my selection and one staff member really went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I was in my uniform as I am an Army recruiter for Bellevue. Some days it is nice to feel appreciated. I will definitely swing by again in the future.

I have been around the world and this is by far the worst cafe Ive been to10 dollar sandwich and they serve you with plastic silverware. You order a salad and they put it in a box instead of on your plate with your order. They skimped on the spread in my wifes sandwich, and my sandwich rated like they put fermenting fish on it. Horrible. Beware. Do not enter.

Was in Seattle on business. Walked in and ordered the Turkey Panini. It was delicious!! The service was great. All was clean and orderly. And there were tasty food samples of packaged items available for purchase. Very nice.
