The food was fine and as expected from Little Cesars. Decent food at a fair price. Thats 2/3 of Little Cesars reason for existence. They fail MISERABLY at the final third of this business plan at this location. That third component is fast service. Ive been to several other Little Cesars is this one is consistently and by far the slowest service of any of them. My most recent visit takes the cake however. It took about 25 minutes for 1 deepdish pizza and an order of bread sticks. Meanwhile, my GF and I observed no less then 4 of the five people on shift using their cellphones. Maybe one was on break or something, but four of them ? Plus, they should never have phones visible when. Customers are waiting, it just doesnt look right and the fact that this location is consistently the slowest service of any Little Cesars around is even more reason to not use cell phones on shift. Poor, poor management.

I guess they dont do the 5 dollar pizzas anymore. Back to frozen pizza which is better pizza I might add instead of little Caesars since they want to get another dollar from me. Cant tell if customer service was good or bad since I couldnt really communicate with them. I asked a question 5 different ways to try and get an answer and it was just a blank stare like I wasnt even speaking. I might have been ok with the blank stare and 6 dollar pepperoni but the crust was just as thin as the box it came in. I know these are not gourmet pizzas but every other location Ive been too have been 5 dollars and the crust was adequate. I wont be coming here ever again.

Friday night I stop by for a hot and ready deep dish pizza. I was told they did not have any ready, and it would take 5 minutes could I wait. Two or three minutes later she gave me a Pizza. When I got home I opened it to find a burnt, stale, leftover pizza. The top crust was burnt, and the bottom was cold. When I call and asked for the manager, I was informed that no one there could help. That if I wanted to stop the credit card payment it was find with him. “Just go ahead, there is nothing I can do” Having just moved into Auburn and trying you for the first time. Your convenience to my home I was looking forward to stopping by once a week, now NOW

I went in to get a pizza I wasnt greeted by anyone not a smile not a simple hi. After waiting a couple minutes two men walked in and their order was taken right away. I asked why my order wasnt taken and the lady said because i was on the phone. I never ever had this issue before anywhere else and I made eye contact with her with my phone on my shoulder because I was ready to order and she just walked to the back of the kitchen. She continued to take the mens order and i left, I called to report to her manager and strait to voicemail each time. Their staff needs to learn proper etiquette theres no reason why that should of happened!

The employees are nice and when they get my order right its an OK place. But theyve gotten my order wrong on multiple occasions and wasted my time. Its a gamble every time I place an order whether I get the right one. Also I usually order later in the day to avoid the rushes, which I tried to do today, but they had changed their hours without updating any of their public sources. When I called them they were closed. When I asked for the updated schedule the employee had no idea and said only the manager who wasnt their, knew. The only reason Im still going there is because its close and cheap.

Went in to grab a hot n ready on my lunch break at 7:20pm on 4/27/17. Waited for the worker to quit chatting with his friend about what they were going to do this weekend, the worker walked away without taking my order then a line formed behind me. A delivery driver came in and helped the lady behind me, so I spoke up about being there first and the delivery driver said I was at the wrong register and I would have to get in line if I wanted to order. Now with 4 more people standing behind the lady behind me, so I walked out and Im posting this review.

Walked into here like 30 minutes ago. Waited 10 minutes for a hot n ready pizza. Bought breadsticks also and they were cold had to reheat them at home ( i live 1.5 miles away) pizza was over cooked. Unfriendly staff. My kid has asthma so the cold weather makes him cough more than usual and the lady kept looking at me like i did something wrong bringing him in there just plain rude.

I waited 25 minutes and walked out without a pizza. Why? because no one knew how to change the receipt paper in the register. The line was out the door and 12 or more people deep. I walked out and bought my pizza at God Fathers Pizza across the street. This happened at 8:20 pm on 6/20/2014. Train your people with the basic skills to run your business.

They dont answer their phone and after ordering the pizzas for a partyafter walking in they werent done on time. However, the staff was super friendly, the pizzas were good and the place was super busy. Customer service and wait time could defiantly be improved especially as this is a very popular place but overall still an okay experience.

Its ridiculous. The last couple times we have bought pizza the crust is almost 2" wide all around the circumference of the pizza...PLUS tons of bubbles making the pizza dry with little topping coverage. Then, when we called to talk to a manager or shift manager we were told their wasnt one working. So no resolutions.

Ive visited this place twice, once when not busy, and another time when they were busy. When not busy they do fine, however when busy, they forget your order, and youll wait 30 minutes, and they give you offers to "make up" for it, and forget that they made you those offers...

Currently standing here waiting for a pizza that was not a hot and ready , 25 minutes ago. Since then 12 people have come and gone 4 of them also having items not from the hot and ready! Still being told it will be a few minutes because they have our other pizza away

Great place...except the new guy w a zigzag beard whos a complete DUMBASS!!if he xant read or hear right he needs to go back to school...they shouldnt have hired outside of the family...the family its self is great,food is awsome but this guy needs to go!

Just spoke with the "owner" and she said that I should contact the corporate office with my complaint. The thing of it is is she is the one who gave me the bad service. There is nothing she can do because she treats evryone the same. Worst service ever.

Got a nice fat pizza with so much pepperoni and cheese on it I thought I was back in Chicago eating a deep dish. Out of all the pizza avalible for fast food in auburn. This one is the best.

20 Minutes to get a cheese and pepperoni pizza? Theres nothing "Hot and Ready" at this place. Its dirty, slow, and ran by a bunch of workers that barely speak English. No thanks.
