Some of the worst food we have ever had out to eat!!!! We just moved our son to Auburn and we went out to dinner find a few great restaraunts in town for him and our future frequent visits. This is not the place! Besides the rude waitress who was not happy we didnt order as soon as we sat down, the food was beyond bland and cheap. I got the lasagna.....which is actually just noodles in a bowl with watery sauce and some cheese sprinkled on the top!????? Nothing that even resembled lasagna. There was 5 of us and only 1 person even half way liked their food. I would NOT recommend!

Im 54 and my parents set up my surprise 18th birthday party here. My husband and I usually split a roast beef grinder with mushrooms and mayo on the side because I like the Mayo and he doesnt. We also get the garlic bread with meat sauce because he likes to dip his grinder in meat sauce. Not sure how the price is. My son and his friends go here on a semi-regular basis, so it cant be too expensive. We havent had their pizza in years because we like the grinders so much, but I remember it being really good. They dont open until 4pm on Sundays, so plan accordingly.

I have been going to Athens for more than 15 years ..the food and the staff are great...i ordered 2 pizzas saturday night and when i got home they were not sliced well at all which is just minor but i called just to let them know..he offered me 2 new pizzas but i declined but he insisted that they replace my pizzas so he took my address so he can send me a gift certificate...i must say im so impressed...they ate all about making sure their customers are happy...i give them 5 stars and mean it...thank you Athens ...i will be a customer for another 15 years...Bryon

The pizza was super soggy and the service was poor. There was an employee table sitting close to mine with someones phone constantly going off with an obnoxious whistle notification. I know it was employees because they were all in uniform and my server went there and sat down right after she dropped off the pizza. She only returned to drop the check then went right back to that table. At $16 for a small pizza, I deffinatly expected more. There is a reason it was almost empty at 530 pm.

We tried many pasta items and was very disappointed. Everything from watered down sauce to nothing to eat with. The gyros pita bread was old to the point of breaking has about a teaspoon of sauce and about same on lettuce the ends of a tomatoe, cut in half with vine spot still attatched. Also ordered kids grilled cheese. Soggy the edge of crust cooked all the rest.well my son said uncooked french toast. Out of 10 meals 2 enjoyed thier food. However the pizza was great

Called in a large order today for work. 9 grinders and a salad. The salad I ordered is not on the menu for the weekend. I was a little bummed out by that. However, the owner was the one on the phone taking the order and was more than willing to help me out. I have been in with other people on different occasions and have NEVER been disappointed. The staff is VERY friendly and willing to go above and beyond.

If youre new to the area, Athens is the first restaurant you want to go to. My boyfriend took me here for lunch when I was visiting Washington and boy does he got good taste. Their grinders here are the bomb. Theyre sandwiches that are crisp and full of flavor. Pizza here is great as well. You honestly can never go wrong with what you get. Great service with a great staff.

Super fast service and friendly but poor quality Italian food. Lasagna is broken up lasagna pasta with flavorless sauce and some melted cheese on top. Greek salad dressing tasted like it wasnt mixed, served on iceberg that was see through from being iced too long. They offered a replacement salad but I declined. Was hoping to find a gem but no.

I like Athens sandwiches. But the last time I went in at 9:30 p.m. I was told that I couldnt be seated because they were closing soon. I work at a restaurant and I would not have turned away customers a half hour before my restaurant closed. For that reason 2 Stars.

The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is okay, but we go there for the food. The "Athens Special" is quite simply the best pizza this east coaster has tasted in Washington, and we love the grinders, minnestroni, and blue cheese dressing to boot!

I had the spaghetti and it was pretty mediocre. The house salad probably came straight out of a bag. My date got a pizza and the crust was spongy and bland. The staff were friendly but its not a place to go out of your way to spend $15 on.

I went to Athens pizza and Pasta last week and the food was incredible and there was a lot of it. Everything was fresh and made in house. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is comfortable and relaxed. I will definitely be returning.

Athens has been a staple of dinning here in Auburn for my entire life. It is a quaint little pizza joint that offers amazing pizza and grinders. The staff is always very attentive and courteous. I always leave happy and never hungry!

When im down south, I swing in to order pizza. My Grandfather took us here back in the day. The food and service is still as good as its ever been. The uniqueness of their pizza is a great break from the usual delivery rubbish.

My family has eaten at Athens since it opened the food is amazing (I like to have a Canadian bacon grinder with pineapple added on) the staff is nice and the food ,if I didnt mention is delicious

The place was quiet, with a good atmosphere. Waitress was good and attentitive. Pasta was cooked prfecty. The meatballs were probibly frozen then reheated. Pizza was great! I would eat hear again.
