I called today Sunday July 2nd at 9:30 to place an order. Nobody answered so I looked up the time they close and it said 10:30 I called a few more times and no answer. I decided to drive there and there was still someone there with customers inside. We walk in and the guy does not even acknowledge us. I asked him if I could place an order he says "The sign says closed I dont want to take any more orders" I told him that I called at 9:30 but there was no answer. I had to ask about placing an order after about 5 minutes of being there. The way he talked to us was very rude, and he could have at least told us when we walked in that they were no longer taking orders instead of having us stand there waiting.

My family and I have frequented this pizza shop for a few years now. We could not be more impressed about the quality, the quantity, and the ridiculously low prices. The service is very sincere and they remember you when you walk in. The pizza itself is worth the trip from a top of east hill in Kent. You wont feel sorry when you visit these guys. Easily the best pizza in the area. Theyll have my familys business(and were a large family in numbers and in appetite) for life. Goes to show that a hole in the wall place can be better than the big companies.

Ordered here a number of times for our company which is typically 12 pizzas, breadsticks and sodas. Tried to order today but the individual who said he was the manager on duty was obviously upset over other issues. He hung up on me twice and was yelling at me on my third attempt to place an order. This is not how you treat customers, it shows a total lack of professionalism and respect. Dont need this from anyone no matter what their mood. Will never do business with this company again.

They advertize a six buck pizza. I thought it would be a very thin pizza with the minimum amount of toppings. I could not have been any more wrong. The pizza was great! They told me on the phone it would take about 7-8 minutes. I live about 5 min. away and the pizza was coming out of the oven when I walked through the door. They offer some of the best pizzas for great prices. Pretty nice bunch of guys. I eat there pretty regular now.

The service was good. I accidentally ordered pizza at Bonney lake location instead of this one for pick up, they called that location and explain what happen and werent upset with me at all. Theyre made my new pizza in 10 minutes. Me and my husband loved their pizza!!! We ordered garlic chicken, it was with alfredo sauce. It was tasty! Large for $12.99, good deal compared to other places. We definitely going back to this place

Hands down, best pizza in Auburn. I only wish they had a bigger delivery radius. Ridiculously low prices, piled on toppings, great flavors, combo deals, bread sides, you name it, they have it. This is the definition of a tiny hole in the wall place that is blowing the competition out of the water by sticking to quality 100% of the time! Love it!

I make a living on traveling across the u.s. I try to order from this place for a delivery and I had to spend $30 if not they will not take my order cannot understand half of the time with a saying worst service I have ever come across throughout the u.s. do not recommend this to no one not even my worst enemy

If you need to feed a crowd, this is the pizza you want to order. If you call ahead, they will have all the pizzas ready to go. We ordered several pizzas for our sons Eagle Scout project. They were on time and delicious. The parking lot gets busy on Friday evenings, but Ive always found a place to park.

Awful customer service!!! They brought the wrong soda, and claimed they didnt have a phone to call to let us know they didnt have the soda we wanted. Then when I called, they yelled at me for their mistake. Never eat here, especially since it leaves a sour taste in your mouth!!!!

I have come to Robin Hood in Auburn for the past 7 years. They know me by name, are extremely friendly and are quick on the order. I have never had a negative experience here. The pizza is perfect and the breadsticks.....Dear God the breadsticks!

Pizza is good. Its unfortunate they dont answer phones, after spending a hour calling was not able to place a order. If you go in, it takes forever. Do not rely if youre on a time crunch youll be there all day.
