Its a chain restaurant so Im not going to write about the food. Its the same everywhere. The location is nice (right off of the freeway) the facilities are reasonably clean, and the staff is courteous. I wouldve given them four stars (I cant imagine a fast food joint being more than a 4 star rating) however they charge fifty cents for sauce! Im already overpaying for the food (because its so damn convenient), now you want to gouge me on the sauce? No thanks. Keep your over priced ranch.

Great food, but if you dont order exactly as on menu when in drive through,and take it as it comes, then you will have small disappointments, Im never offered condiments, when asking for condiments they forget, or put condiments on your food in the box, or think condiments means the burger toppings (asked for condiments on the side,yup pickles and tomato and lettuce on the side..haha)I gave this location one last try today, and they failed me again today. Going inside next time..haha

I walked into the door and it smelled like mold. The floor was filthy. When you walk into a restaurant, youre normally asked if you can be helped or if you would like to order. I was never asked because the workers were all busy gossiping about another coworker that had left early and all the sudden it got busy and they needed her. It sounded like the workers needed to go back to high school and deal with their issues before coming into the working world. I will not be returning.

We came in about 50 minutes prior to closing. Almost every chair was flipped over on top of the tables. I had to turn ours over to have a place to sit. The banana split came to us quickly, but the waiter explained that the ice cream was very soft. Dipped cone came a minute or so later. The person who wanted a medium Blizzard was told that they were out of medium cups and they wouldnt make a medium in a large cup.

The service is hit and miss here. One woman kept snapping at my husband when he asked questions in the drive thru. According to the workers, the management/wonder doesnt want to pay to fix the chocolate soft serve machine and one person said its been broken for a year! Blizzards are not cold/thick enough here. Drive to Silverdale if you want a decent DQ.

Does. Not deserve one star gross food spent 30.00 got less then happy meals it was 2 people I will never eat at a Dairy Queen again. My son loves real milkshakes any ways and we do not eat fast foods much so now I know why I learned my lesson well.

Two nights in a row trying to order at 10pm and told that the machines are already off for the night, open sign is on and hours posted are to 11pm. Maybe you should inform your employees of the posted hours or change your posted hours to 10pm

This is a good place to get ice cream treats and cool down during the summer, but their food leaves something to be desired. Nothing on their menu seems to taste as good as it looks. The Dairy Queen in Belfair however is excellent for food.

Just had the cookie jar blizzard consisting of Oreo and cookie dough with cocoa fudge but instead subbed the Oreo for Butterfinger. Was absolutely delicious! Btw substitutes for solid to solid and sauce to sauce is now OK

The deluxe cheeseburger lunch for $5 is a great deal. I also liked how they offered the option of a coupon for a free sundae which I could redeem instead of eating it right then.
