Not a good Dairy Queen at all. I have given them many chances to do things right and not rip me off but time and time again they dont. I have eaten at Dairy Queens all my life and never encountered this. Which sucks since they are in my home town.. I have repeatedly ordered a large dipped cone and received a small dipped cone and when I bring it to there attention they say no it is a large, Even when the employee at the window notices it is a small and says something the manager still did not fix it. I have been buying them for years and know the right size, Also I always get a blizzard. But it is always a cup of vanilla ice cream with a sprinkle of the toppings, not what a blizzard should be.. I will drive to the Dairy Queen on Main St where it is done right. Not going to give them anymore of my business here in Battle Ground. DQ on Main st in Vancouver is worth the drive to not get ripped off!!!!!

Every time we come to DQ in Battle Ground it is great! Food and desserts are consistently good, never had any complaints about the service. Today I came through the drive-thru. The gal that helped us, Chrissy, was a gem! Her service went above and beyond the normal "fast food" service you come to expect. She gave my dog treats, she offered us fry sauce, which I love, and never even knew DQ had until she offered. I was asked to pull around to the front and she would bring the food out, when she came out she went through my order again to make sure everything was there, which I highly appreciated! Nothing worse than getting home and having your order wrong. Keep up the good work :)

This DQ needs to step it up. Ive gone there 3 times and every single time Ive had bad service. On my most recent visit, I ordered a simple ice cream cone. I waited almost HALF AN HOUR before I finally got it...and that was in the drive-thru. There were no cars in front of me, and once I had ordered they asked me to pull around to their parking lot with no explanation. After half an hour a woman finally brought me my cone, with no apology or explanation. I was highly disappointed, and will not be going back. I expected much better from a DQ.

Always have awful staff, have yet to have a good customer service experience. Half the time the food isnt even edible. Ice cream is good though, if its not melted, they dont even deserve 1 star. However I was in today and Brent has by far surpassed anything I have ever seen out of this DQ his customer service skills are fantastic.

Horrible service! Ordered an Arctic Rush cherry float that I have ordered 30-40 times and was told by 2 employees that they have never had them and never will! Called the co owned store in Woodland and they do have them but that. Is how poorly trained they are!!!!!

Like dairy queen a lot. Since we dont have much in the way of fast food chains, this is one of the top choices Im my opinion. Dairy queen isnt necessarily known for its food, but to me its pretty darn good. Im quite happy.
