I usually never have a problem w/Warrenton taco actually never I believe until last week. The girl taking our order was rude then when it finally came it was wrong, food on the tray I didnt order but after looking at my receipt I got charged for it! The girl fixing the food was down right rude to the point She looked foolish.TELLING me that IT WAS MY ORDER so we FINALLY got that straight got refunded my $$$ again w/an attitude by a THIRD person! So FINALLY get to sit down to eat w/my grandkids I opened my doubledilla (misspelled I know lol) & the FIRST THING I SEE ON IT IS A GREEN SPOT A LITTLE BIGGER THAN AN PENCIL ERASER!!!! So, I ask my daughter for a 2nd opinion & she & my granddaughter both agreed so I take it back up to show them & so the girl fixing the food rolled her eyes as she walked over to me & I was still polite!!! & had her look at it & she tried control me it was from grill & I said ummm no this - pointing to the brown cooked marks on it & said nooo THIS is from the grill!! Well, do you want me to fix another 1 for you she asked & I was done, done w/all their attitudes & rudeness & more so bc she tried to convince me that it wasnt mold & was just going to let me take it back & eat it so that meant that apparently she thought I was stupid!!!! & she just didnt care that if I were that stupid to eat it! I told her no that I just wanted my $$ back. She just looked at, snickered & just turned & threw it in the trashcan & went & told the other woman who gave me my 1st refund to "deal w/me" hey...I wasnt the 1 who was rude from get go hell I didnt get rude once even though I just dealt w/3 rude "women" so, got my $$$ back & left & I dont know when or if Ill return!!!

We always find the food you be satisfactory, but the service is less than stellar. Tonight we waited 20 minutes for our food, while they took care of the drive through people first. Then, they called the 2 numbers after us first. Lastly, the tables are not cleaned as often as they should be. Employees are chatting with friends instead of cleaning the tables.

I love and miss Elmer ever day! Taco bell gave him a job and kept him busy. I miss coming in and watching him learn the computer. I appreciate the Warrenton taco bell for giving him a great opportunity. The new store has been clean and great to come in a eat.

Worst customer service, the food is ok. Tall skinny dude behind the counter with a tattoo on his arm should seriously quit his job if he hates it that much or be fired if thats how he typically treats customers. Food is still good

The midnight drive-thru are a bunch of idiots. I asked for hot sauce and they give me mild and they shorted me a burrito. WTF is their problem, cant do the simplest job in the world? . ..A monkey can do a better job.

Friendly staff, one of the workers made sure that my order was correct and came right to my table to ensure everything tasted alright. The inside and outside looked extremely clean, especially for a Taco Bell!

Quick service, though the orders are not always correct. If you dont like onions on your burritos and specifically ask for no onions, you have a 50% chance of actually getting a burrito without onions.
