Used to be a great, clean store but 4 times in the past month we have been missing items from drive through orders and have arrived home with an unhappy kid. Complained to whoever is running the shift and they are apologetic and promise they will make it right but the fact that it keeps happening is indicative of a breakdown in management. I love their food and this is the closest of their restaurants to my house, but unless service improves Ill dine elsewhere.

Food still just as good, but when my daughter and I arrived today and learned, not only are they under new management at this location, but that such management decided to get rid of Family Night. My daughter was devastated. We will from now on take our Tuesday night business to Martinsburg even though it is a bit out of our way. Maybe management will get there head screwed on a lil tighter when they realize the huge drop in sales and bring back Family Night.

Exceptional and extremely fast assistance. The staff always does everything it can to best serve customers. Youll hear "my pleasure" more than once when coming here, so heres hoping that the staff is nicely compensated for their excellent customer service. If wanting to go through the drive-thru, an outside worker will be there during busy times to take orders which helps compensate for their lunch rush and weekends to better speed up the line wait.

If they had 10 stars, I would give it a 10. The staff is fantastic, no "you guys", talking about personal issues around customers, or standing around, etc. The food is delicious and quickly delivered with a smile. Managers keep the morale high as well as the expectations. Such a pleasure!

Food is still good however, its very disappointing that this location no longer does Tuesday family night. Always thought that was a great way to boost business, guess management thinks otherwise. Guess our family will be finding an alternative establishment to spend our money at on Tuesdays.

I waited too long for my food as a carry out person. At least 6 people (dinning in) had ordered after I recieved their food first. Very frustrating if you have a short lunch window from work.
