First and foremost I want to say this is the most disgusting tropical smoothie ever I worked there for about 5 months the manager is very rude, & unprofessional & also he is barely even there on top of that he lies to customers & says that he is the owner when he just manages the store I dont advise anyone to work there !! Most of the food there is already expired most times food would be molded & have foul oder & still be used... the bathrooms are never clean ..terrible flies on all the fruits & in the bread please think twice before you spend your hard earned money on tropical smoothie on main st. Im not from this area but I am from down south and this by far is one of the worst Tropical Smoothie I have been to. Their the only ones that have cups stacked up to the ceiling so they cant even see anyone waiting to order. Not only that but their smoothies dont have the luscious flavor that others do. Beware I have had nothing but bad experiences all 4 times I went there. And the Indian people that work there act like you dumb and their smarter than you in every aspect. These people dont even greet you half the time. I will miss the back home Tropical Smoothie experience.

The Indian Managers (Minal & Jack) Neglect Their Kids In The Car And Work. I Quit January 2012 And Started Feb 2011. They Say Babysitters Are Expensive. The Smoothie Have No Flavor Tastes Like Water. They Burn The Food And Make It Sloppy. There Are ANTS & SPIDERS In There. They Do Not Use Gloves When Making Food Or Prepping. Also In The Back Office There Are Bear Bottles Everywhere. Only The Managers Do This. I Have Contacted Corporate Several Times But They Still Have Not Done Anything. This Is The One Across The Street From Shoe Deparment, Pizza Hut And Walmart.

Filthiest Tropical Smoothie Ive ever visited. Prices are higher than all the others, the restroom us enough to make you throw up, they prop the door open with a chair so theres flies everywhere, and to top it off they close early because the owner says they have to have the place cleaned and locked up by 9:00 so if you arrive at 8:45 too bad! I drove over 30 miles to get their for one if their nasty smoothies that the blow flies had probably dropped maggots in and thrown up on the fruit that was stored without a cover. Geeesh!

This is the worst Tropical Smoothie that Ive had the opportunity to go. Its very tiny compared to the Tropical Smoothie locations that Ive been. While I didnt want banana in my smoothie and asked for mango to be substituted for the banana, I was charged for extra mango. Yet, the smoothie tasted like I had a cup of crushed ice. This was literally a flavorless smoothie. Needless to say, I will NOT be returning to this location. I wouldnt recommend this location to my worst enemy.

By far the worst service I have received at a tropical smoothie. I am currently writing this from a table 30 min after I ordered my smoothie... Smoothie-less. There was one other person in the entire place when I ordered. This is the second time I have had to wait over 30 min for an order with no apparent crowd. I do however have my wrap, although it is a totally turkey with no turkey. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Very unfriendly staff. The young lady at the register acted like I was a bother to her, even rolled her eyes when I was trying to make a decision. The smoothy was mediocre and was handed to use in a very messy condition. The sandwich was just okay. Most likely wont be coming back to this location.

Two days ago, I called at 7:30 to place an order for a family member who would be there at 7:40 and I was told they stopped making food at 7:30 and closed at 8. Today I rode by and it says they close at 9. The Tropical Smoothie in suffolk is pitiful compared to the one located in Harbour View

Dont expect to get a smoothie at 7am when they claim they open. Workers didnt arrive until 7 and they didnt even unlock the doors till later. This has happened every time I have tried to go before work. People dont get that others go to work too!

Good food/ reasonably priced with a very interpersonal staff that will get to know you if you visit enough. An even after the health scare they admitted their mistake and corrected it prior to any serious issues.

This location is horrible. They dont include ingredients in their smoothie than even after having it remade it was still messed up. Sub par is an understatement. Terrible.

Old, dirty, bathroom filthy, door propped open and flies are all over the fruits. Horrible! And they close 15 minutes early so they can leave exactly at 9:00 pm.
