Worse food and worst service! I have been a customer here for past 1.5 yrs and their quality has been reducing recently, today being the worst. Ordered medium spicey chilley chicken (my favourite dish here) and i couldnt take a piece of it, it was burning hot. Sadder part was the response from the waiter. He was arguing that i was wrong, without tasting the food. No sorries, no offer to replace the food, he just went in and never came out. The waiters here used to be very nice! Anyway this marks my last time in this restaurant. Also the naan was undercooked, but I can ignore that.

The food is delicious, with a great range of options for vegetarians/vegans, as well as excellent meat dishes. They do a great job with making milder versions of the dishes when asked (I am not a big fan of spicy food). The service is quick, personal, and polite. The waiters are very helpful and always happy to explain the menu items or make recommendations. Everything about this place is awesome. We eat there regularly and always bring family when theyre in town. Even people who dont like Indian food or are unsure come away loving it and always ask to return when theyre here.

This place has the worst food ever, ordered foor for 6 people party, which came out to be 160 dollars and food was rushed and not cooked properly. 3 out 6 people got food poisoning and rest didnt eat after taking a bite. When called to ask for refund they gave me attitude and said that we must have been doing drugs. I was so embarrassed in front of my guests. Worst customer service ever i have recieved. Will never order again and who ever reads this should be careful because you might get sick and never get your money back either.

This restaurant is for those people who really dont know how Indian food tastes . We were given chicken quesadilla when we ordered chicken wraps , when asked about it they argued thats what we ordered wrap and quesadilla are same and literally banged plates on table and went in without apology we ended up cancelling order. Very rude people they should learn how to speak to customers . the man who served us looked like he was serving food for free and doing us favor .

I arrived just as they were opening up. Just after walking in they had rap playing over the speakers. The lyrics basically went "N****R Im going to shove my d**k right in her p***y". I gave the guy an odd look and he changed the music. I blew it off and decided to try the food anyways. Big mistake as it tasted very bland and very bad. The only thing that tasted half way decent was the goat curry but the goat meat was very tough. Will never go here again!

AHHHHHHMAZEEEING! This place is fab. The lunch buffet was absolutely delicious, with many different options ranging from spicy to mild.. something for everyone! The staff was friendly and I dont think my water glass was ever even half full.. they were constantly topping it off! I will definitely be back again. This place is hands down my new fave indian spot in town. Prices (lunch buffet) were great, too. I highly recommend!

Ordered a chicken briyani today but to be frank, it didnt taste like biriyani. It tasted like plain white rice with some food color added to it. The owner said it was due to a new hire who didnt know how to cook. how can they be so careless. I made him do the biriyani once again. also the presentation was not good. raita just had yogurt in it. no onions. First and last time there.

Indian restaurants have had a tough time staying in business in Sterling, but we hope that Balti is an exception to this rule. The buffet is small, but frequently updated with fresh food. The service has been remarkable, with fresh naan brought out to the table the moment we return from the buffet. They have been very accommodating when we come in with our young child.

Today I have gone this restaurant for Buffy and I am totally not satisfied with menus. Nothing is there except chicken and chicken was not good and it was old. Waste of money. I have wasted 12$ today. Usually i would not provide comments. But they made me.

Awesome atmosphere! Great Food and Great Service. This Restaurant just opened , I think 5 or 6 days ago. I work nearby and loved their buffet selection.. Naan bread was just right since it was served hot on our table and rice pudding was simply delicious.
