Persis (an Indian chain of sorts) in Uptown is a laggard behind Nirvana (although, to be fair, they are relatively new). They have been around for a little over a year and still occasionally run out of food items pretty quickly (not understanding the demand of chicken tikka, for example). But overall they tend to have the same options as other Indian places in Uptown. This would be my second choice for a rich Indian takeout lunch in Uptown.
