On Friday 6/24/2016, I went to Little Creasers @ Springfield Plaza. I placed an order for cheese bread. After placing my order, I went to the rest room. When I was done, I flushed and went to wash my hands, a little bit of soap came out. I pressed the tab again, even less soap came out. I went to the register to ask the cashier if someone could refill the soap dispenser so I could was my hands. He went into the bathroom and checked the dispenser, and then went to the manager to ask for soap. He comes back to me to tell me there is no soap. So, I ask him if he could get me some soap from the sink they use. He comes back and says there is no soap there either. I request a refund. When the manager comes over, she ask what is wrong and I tell her, if there is no soap in the bathroom and no soap in the back, how are yall washing your hands. I want my money back. She tells me that there is no need for me to be rude. I tell her I am not being rude, I just want my money back. After she refunds my money, in cash, she goes back to fixing food. She was not wearing gloves, nor could she wash her hands . . . the young man behind the counter tells me, that he has not had to use the bathroom all day, so he has had not need to wash his hands!! What youre cooking food!! I left the restaurant and will not be going back again. I have also reported them to the health department and corporate.

I have been wanting to try the stuffed crust deep deep dish pizza for some time now, though I was unaware that there was only a certain time to which u could buy one. Naturally I was disappointed, as Id come in when theyd first opened and you could only buy said pizza from 4-8pm. However, a very nice lady, who appeared to be the manager graciously offered to make me one anyways! I was beyond happy. This is the kind of customer service I dream of as it makes my day, as well as Im sure it would anyone elses. Thank you Little Caesars!

Went here on my lunch, waited more than twenty minutes and never got my pizza because I had to get back to work. There was a line of people in the same situation waiting longer than I had. Called customer service to let them know and the forwarded the information to the franchise owner, a week later I havent heard anything back. Do not eat at this location! Love little Caesars bit this location is terrible. The only TWO kids they had working at the time were arguing about being busy and not getting peoples orders right.

Oct 11-16 6pm 7293 Commerce street I called order in 15 minutes before arrival. I still had to wait 10-15 minutes after paying for pizza. I have been patronizing the franchise in North Carolina for years. Now Im in Springfield VA and decided to go to Lil Ceasars again. That pizza had very little flavor and over cooked. Didnt notice the low food grade until leaving. I will not be going back to that particular store. I will try a different Lil Ceasar before dropping them altogether.

Loved the pizza. Although, I have to wonder about the employees. When I went in to purchase a pizza I didnt have the right amount in cash so I got my card out to pay. The employee said dont worry about it and took the cash I had (short by 1$) and put it in his pocket. I again went to get a pizza another day and paid with a 20$ and the employee gave me change from his pocket????? Hummmm??

Service was okay but the pizza was no good. They didnt cut one slice enough to pull apart from the pizza. I think if all you do is pizza then you should at least do the basics, Slice it right.

The hot and ready only works if you want exactly 1 pizza. Ask for 2 and it is a minimum 10 minute wait. Still only $5 so call ahead to save time on the pickup.
