Horrible service! This was my FIRST time coming here, and now I will never come back. I am amazed at how many positive reviews there are if this is what I experienced. The food was actually great, so was the price. But at the end of the meal I ask my waitress for a to-go box and she just leaves, and never comes back. I see her in the front 15 minutes later laughing and talking with other employees. Im sitting there with the check and card in my hand and every employee is just walking by me like I dont exist. She then proceeds to head to a huge group that just came in, and starts taking their orders! I walk to the front and tell the guy standing there about what happened and...wait for it...he tells me I HAVE to wait for the waitress. I ask if I can pay up front...and he says no....Im being completely serious here. He waves me off to the side so he can take a to-go order from someone who just walked in. Im just standing there until a random guy who looks angry comes up and takes my ticket so I can give them my money. First time...and definitely last. I am completely baffled at these positive reviews, did they hire a completely new staff since the last review was posted?

Well, I got some extra cash yesterday & decided to get some Carry Out Dinner to spare my Mom the Task of makin a Homemade "Din-Din". Since it was "Extra" Cash, I drove right on past the usual McDonalds Drive-Thru & went straight to my "Middle Class" Italian Restaurant, The Famous "Ledos Pizza & Pasta"!! I knew they were TOP NOTCH so I called in my Carryout Order, "Chicken & Broccoli Fettuccine Alfredo". The young girl who took my order was very nice to talk to & said it would be ready to Pick-Up on 10 - 15 mins. Sure enough, when I pulled up in the front of the store 15 mins later I seen my order on the counter! NICE & HOT & SMELLING OH SO GOOD, I MEAN GOOD!!! For around $10 I got a VERY GENEROUS amount of Food! I alreafy knew about the Fine Ingredients they use but have to let my fellow "Future Patrons" that they are REAL, FRESH, SEASONED & COOKED JUST RIGHT!!! 5-Star Restaurant....I gave it 4-Stars because the Online Ordering Menu DOES NOT mention about ALL of what theyre offering instore like Bakery-Style Big Cookies, Brownies & Beverages that I knew they had BUT alas, did not see on their Ordering Form Online. Highly Recommended to Eat In or Carry Out!!!!!

We had a party here for my 13-year old son prior to going to see Star Wars at Arclight. Everything worked out just great. Deluxe pizza was awesome and so were the bacon fries. They have a good setup for working with large groups and allow you to bring your own cake. My only suggestion would be to automatically include gratuity for large parties. When youre trying to rush our the door with a group of 20 kids its a little difficult to concentrate on the bill, LOL.

The store is so dirty. In the ceiling fans and lights, you can see lots of web . I also saw a big spider on light that my kids scared. The wrapping fork together knife in napkin was so dirty. When I asked to change it, the second one was dirty as well. I dont recommend this place to anybody. I suggested the store in Rockville pike. The manager is very polite and store is so clean.

The pizza was good and the salad was unexpectedly very cold and crunchy as we like it. However, we had to get past the dirty and dated atmosphere. Even my daughter was grossed out by our initial impression. Why dont they update?????

The pizza was great and the service was exceptional! Such a great atmosphere. It was super busy during our visit, but the manager actually came over and checked on us twice. We really appreciated that! Our server was wonderful also.

The taste and everything is ok but there is too much oil in the pizza , it should be a reduced, if you are a kind of non heavy eater I wouldnt recommend this for you

I go there every other week. Service is good most of the time, and pizza is delicious. One waitress is pretty bad, if you get her dont feel afraid of the restaurant.
