I just called Vocelli pizza, on lee hwy, only to be yelled at, and talked to like i was nothing. The manager yelled at me , asked me for my personal cell phone number so he could call and bother me, and even said i was bothering him in the middle of his lunch rush, at 10:40 am. I have this call recorded, because i was using a work phone, and would love for corporate, or higher management to contact me, before i turn this call recording into your local news station, and blast on every social media i can find.There was no reason for this man to speak to me the way he did, and if he cannot control himself or his temper , maybe he shouldnt be working in a restaurant, where customer service is number 1!!!

They are terrible with communication they told me they cancelled my order but then called back 20 mins later they called and said they could complete my order also they over charged my order then when the delivery was made the driver asked wheres the tip after they asked me to walk to the end of the street to pick up my order. I would never order there food again. Their chicken was cooked to hard Pizza seemed undercooked I ordered 3 things off of there limited menu they charged almost 40$ unheard of.

Definitely better than the pizza stores anywhere nearby, and Ive tried all of them by now. Crispy crust, just the right flavor for the sauce and awesome combinations for their gourmet pizzas. I highly suggest the thin crust pizza. A little expensive when you compare their food to places like Pizza Hut pr Dominos, but it is well worth it for the quality of the pizza. P.s. Their music is so catchy! It fits the theme of the place so well, makes it fun to come visit even though it has a small eating area.

My husband and I usually enjoy their pizza. BUT, last time we ordered from them, the delivery guy didnt know how to read a simple address, i.e., House/Building# Street Name Apt/Room#. He seemed to think that our apartment/room number was the building number at our apartment complex that has multiple buildings. He tried to blame the mix up on the store or something. No. It is just because he cannot read an address. When we finally got our food, it was cold. We were very disappointed.

I am a Papa Johns girl and have been for over 20 years. However, since my local franchise did me wrong, weve been trying out different pizza places and Vocelli is now a the top of the list. They have a great selection of pizzas and while I dont love their crusts as much as Papas - the toppings and cook on their pizzas are great. And their Vocelli rolls are awesome - crusts with toppings, rolled up spiral style and dipped in marinara sauce - YUM!!

Horrible customer service. The person who answered the phone was beyond rude, and clearly not one bit interested in taking my order. If he has such little respect and care for how he speaks to potential customers, I cant even imagine the quality and care that will go in to the pizza he makes. Very disappointed. Giving this business even one star is generous. Corporate headquarters take note, you are losing customers!

Awesome pizza and killer pepperoni rolls. I cant wait to try more from their menu. My only negative happened when I was looking at a menu (at one of their tables) and a leg fell off the table - almost falling on me in the process. It looks like it wasnt the first time this happened and I think they should either pitch the table or fix it correctly before someone gets hurt.

Ordered pizza for carryout a few months ago. Service was fast but pizza crust was still raw and soggy. Not sure if it was just my order but wouldnt get pizza here again.

Lousy Pizza, much better options in the area, Flippin Pizza up on 7, Pitzana on 7, etc, all better than this place. Also, the workers are kind of dirty looking.

My cheese pizza was dry and sub-par. Maybe it would have helped to ask for extra sauce. In the future, Ill just stick to the Italian Store.
