Im on a keto diet, so Chipotle is one of the only places I can go to get a carb free meal. I usually go to the one by Independence which is great, but today I was at Military Highway so I went to this one. Told the girl no rice for my salad twice, but I guess she wasnt listening and dumped a big ol scoop of white rice on top of my lettuce. After I said no rice a third time she just kind of put half the rice back in the bin and kept going, so instead of making a scene I just tried to eat around it. Anyways, wont be coming back here if your servers cant listen to simple instructions.

This Chipotle was so terrible I couldnt even finish my meal. Now I love Chipotle. Chipotle is my life, but the service I got here was terrible. I asked for double chicken and she filled the spoon a quarter ways with chicken twice. The amount there wasnt even enough for a regular chicken burrito let alone a double. The chips were chewy and over salted. The chicken wasnt seasoned. And finally even the coke tasted funny. Like they didnt rinse it all the way and you could taste the soap. Avoid this location like the pleague.

Im gonna start by saying I love Chipotle but for real the service here is ridiculous I went in to get a burrito bowl and a burrito and there were so many people trying to throw together my burrito and my bowl that they kept missing stuff and werent even listening to what I was saying. I get that youre training people but Id rather you make it slow then throw my stuff together like a rag doll.

This is the worst chipotle in hampton roads, been here 3 times in the past 2 weeks thinking maybe it was just that 1 time but Ill just take the extra time and go to town center or Ghent before I go back to this one, people that work there are sloppy and rude, and food has been bad each time

I dont get how so many other reviewers dislike this location and like the Pembroke location. This one was great and I would rather deal with the military highway construction and drive the extra distance than go to the Pembroke location even though its closer.

I hadnt been to a chipotle for a few years and was a bit excited to return. I got a burrito bowl and the rice was crunchy... undercooked. It seemed more bland than I remember it and the meat and rice were both lukewarm. I was rather disappointed.

Please know that the food there will more than likely be bland , how does rice, tomatoes, and chili corn has no taste? Compared to the Pembroke location . Just like the other post the rice at times will be undercooked .

I gave it a second chance and it was worse than the first time. Rice and beans always undercooked and there are 5 people making your burrito and none of them listen. Burrito was soggy like it had been sitting in water.
