If i could give negative stars....i would. Ive eaten at every other PT around. This is my first and last visit to this one. The basket they serve the chips in was crusted with old dried food. I asked for another thing of chips but on a plate. I was served another BASKET. Isnt this a sanitary issue? Perhaps roaches? Also, our server Rual spent more time out working on his buds ford bronco than he was being a server. He was caught going from working on this truck, to going to make a ladies drink at the bar. Not washing his hands. I called him out on it. He said he wasnt out there, I informed him he was on video working on the truck. I asked his name he told me Jose...although his name was right on out receipt. I then asked to speak to a manager. I was informed none were there. Although the one guy wearing black (assuming he was the mgr)...was also working on the Bronco outside. When I went up to pay the bill I asked for the address and phone number to the place. He gave me Eastons PT info. I will no longer eat at this establishment and I will keep fighting til the health department shuts the doors. This was absolutely uncalled for. I am soo glad I got this on video.

This was literally one of the worst meals I have ever eaten. 3.7 stars!? Are you kidding me!? Save yourself the time and go to Taco Bell instead. Youd be better off getting frozen dinners from the grocery store. Everything was salty, the chile relleno was shoe leather that you couldnt even cut into with mush for breading (how does that even happen),the taco ground beef was bland as all hell, the chicken quesadilla was flavorless crap, and the best part of the meal was the lettuce, tomato, and half ass guac. Margs are crap too. Mexican food is the hardest food to screw up, but at least they impressed me there.

Excellent food and service! The food literally arrived within 10 minutes of us placing the order and was fresh, hot and delicious. Generous serving sizes, but not over the top huge. Prices were very reasonable and the menu was huge! Our server was very attentive and we never had to ask for more water or chips as these were refreshed throughout the meal. Overall, great experience and would highly recommend.

Decent food here, but theres one waitress whos always in a "mood", a sort of, "I hate this job. I hate you. And I hate my life," attitude. Shes the one with short, blonde hair. There are other servers, but we always seem to get stuck with her. Plus their frozen margarita machine is always "broken". Better to just go to the one in Easton or Salisbury.

Terrible service! Took forever to get our drinks and food. When we got our food it looked disgusting. I ordered chicken chimichangas and i got one beef and one chicken. The waitress said its hard to tell between the beef and chicken. The beans were superrr runny and made the dish worse! Do not recommend.

After I write this..."Well their food quality and quantity went down a little bit, but its still ok. If you just want to get out of the "American food" is a good alternative." I have to say they got back to the way they were... And I will add, even better. You have to try them!

Plaza Tapatia is the holy grail of Mexican restaurants. Appropriately decorated in tacky fashion, its all Mexican staff are friendly and polite and the food is delivered fast. The menu is massive, the food is made fresh from scratch and even the chips are served hot.
