Decided to stop in for some good Spanish food. Of course it was as good as I anticipated. But the service was poor and slow. The server never stated her name, had no knowledge of the menu, and was a bit too sassy for my liking. No friendly at all! We were there for 3 hours and got checked on, in total maybe 4 times. The music is so loud in there that you have to yell just to have a conversation. The food is good everything else needs to be worked on.

Ive order food from many restauranta here in Hazleton,Pa but the one that I didnt like and has The worst customer service is MI CASA RESTAURANT. When you order over the phone you CANT hear anything and plus they make you wait 40,45 minutes when the tell you , you will receive your food in 10-15 minutes. finally your order is not always complete. Always missing something. Not a good place bad experience.

If you trying to order over the phone forget about, you wont be able to heat a single thing. If they tell you the food will be ready in 10 minutes will expect to wait for at least 30. Excited to see your food finally arriving when you come to realize that your food wasnt even ordered correctly and cold, you just cant help but to say forget about it and just eat. At least the food isnt half bad.

The music was so loud I couldnt here the person asking for my order, and I wanted something that they currently had prepared yet it took them half an hour to get my food to me even though I was the first of only 3 people in there at the time

Ordered cheese enchiladas, figured that was safe for a first time. Well boy was l wrong. Flour tortilla wrapped in melted cheese covered in ketchup, ranch and french drrssing. Made me almost barf in my mouth! Gross!
