Horrible service. Watched as everyone around me got served. Then when I asked that I shouldnt have to pay I was told because the bartender did things a certain way I was getting hooked up???? No sir your bartender was making things easier on herself so she didnt have to keep refilling my glass. Then because Im above their bullshit because I came to wing night every Tuesday for the last year and half I still paid and tipped. Never again will I or any of my friends or family come to this establishment after being the manager treated me like I wasnt a paying customer. He treated me like I just wanted something for free no I felt like I didnt have to pay because of the horrible service then I paid 15.99 for 12 wings.

I happened to stop by on Wednesday, which was bike night. Since I was not from Newport News, I like to try places that I dont have at home. Ive been to a QS&L before in Orlando, so I had high expectations. Needless to say I was not let down at all. I love motorcycles and even with the early threat of rain, about 100 were in the parking lot. The boneless wing I ordered were great, the cheese fries were great, and the beer was good. Since I was sitting at the bar, I got to see that everyone else cleared their plates too. This is a family restaurant too, of which I saw several there that night. So I have to say the experience was awesome and I highly recommend it.

We did go on All You Can Eat Tuesday night, but you would think they would be more prepared for the amount of people that were going to be there. It was very loud. I ordered Med wings and my husband order Hot wings. We didnt realize it until he was done with the "med" that I had the "hot". Needless to say I didnt eat but half of one of mine. This was the servers fault. It was also my sons birthday and the server knew this. We also told a manager, she informed me to tell the server. Nothing was done, no free desert...nothing. That was disappointing too. The food was OK, I will pick Buffalo Wild Wings when I want wings again.

Went there with the expectation of getting some great wings. I had seen them on the food network, I forget who was the host of that show but they hyped them up pretty well. The appetizer was pretty good, but the wings were horrible. The Cajun flavor was possibly the worst food I have ever eaten, tasted like grease soaked dirt with a dash of spices. French fries were ok but not enough to save the meal. The onion rings were really..really good, almost worth going back just for the onion rings. I wish I would have tried the hamburger, the people that were next to us got it and it looked pretty good. Service was great!

Ok. 3rd time coming here and its sad to say that it was my last! The unlimited wings brought my wife and I in, however we chose to do the buffet which was the same price as the special (15.99). The fried chicken was BLOODY! the fries were soggy! I am only giving 3 stars simply for the manager RICH! He was VERY apologetic and actually gave the meal for FREE. He was VERY kind! He made up for all the bad service! Great job RICH! By far the best manager Ive encounter. RICH may need to look for New employees! If you go ask for MAP(Yes thats her real name) unfortunately she wasnt our server tonight!

I have been coming to this quaker stake for over ten years and never have i encountered such terrible service. The woman working the bar in the smoking section is rude and down right disrespectful. I think her name is christina. My party of 5 has been sitting at the bar for 30 minutes and she has said less than 3 words to us. I asked for a second drink saying please and thank you and both were returned with silence and walking away before i finished talking. My drink was sub par. She literally walked right past my sister as she was repeatedly trying to get her attention.

This was one of the worst meals i have ever overpayed for. It took over 25 minutes to get our food and we were the only diners in the restaurant (everyone else was at the bar). The mac & cheese was dry; the "crispy" pork belly tacos were nothing but fat and soggy; the server told us she would get us fresh, 15 minutes later we had to remind her ti bring them; the salt AND ketchup were empty- had to ask the bartender for more as the waitress was nowhere to be found. Manager was very diffident about complaints. Bottom line---DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Im from the area of the original lube and I helped open their Austintown Ohio location. When did the food get so bad?!? Ugh!! Its been a couple years since Ive been there. The sauces were terrible and theres no more mild sauce (what?!?) the burger my husband had could have easily been from Wendys for about $4 cheaper. Fries were still good. Overall I think I have food poisoning and the food sucked. I sadly will not be returning. Two thumbs down!!

I have always liked the wings and beer selection along with the motorcycles hanging up. I do not like however, the second hand smoke that gets carried throughout the building from the smoking area. And it seems to me that weekend nights are a little too rowdy; seeing that the cops took someone down as we were being sat at our table and 20 police cars showed up soon after. I would only recommend going on weekdays/nights.

Service was nice, staff was fine, prices good. I hear people rave about here but I wasnt very impressed. The non-breaded chicken was more crisp than meat. But the flavor on it was delicious (some kind of sweet chili sauce that I dont remember the name of. My sangria was sweet but effective and I enjoyed that. I will try again one day. Mightve just been a fluke experience with the chicken and not usual quality.

Waiter was polite but very slow. We had Mahi tacos and pork belly tacos. The fish and pork both were WAY over cooked the corn tortillas were stale. We also ordered soft pretzels and cheese curds. Both were VERY good but there must be some sort of cheese shortage or something because they didnt provide very much at all. I think that you get more bang for your buck elsewhere.

Usually come for AYCE wing night on Tuesdays. Price fluctuates a LOT on this service. They offer a student discount, nice for an art student like me. Sometimes wings overcooked but mostly good quality. Great sauce options, though less than a few months ago. Menu change I guess. Service quality can fluctuate too but most of the times good and attentive.

Great customer service and great atmosphere! The bartenders are great especially Christina and Nicole! I will say if the guy Timothy is in the drive through he gives the upmost best customer service. Every visit there he continuously goes above and beyond in making sure your order is 100%. He makes visiting there worth every penny!

I think Quaker Steaks Arizona Ranch, Hot, and Buckeye BBQ wings are top notch. As someone before me said though, the Cajun flavor is atrocious. Although Ive never had horrible service, I will say the service is variable. Sometimes, I get really great service, and other times, its just adequate.
