The ice cream was too soft. Mine almost melted entirely before I could eat it. They forgot to add sprinkles to my wifes order. This is basically a cold stone knock off, and a bad one at that. The people working there seemed as if they could care less if they were there or not. Definitely not as happy and joyfull as cold stone workers.

Some of the staff are helpful, and some are oblivious. Ice cream is okay, not worth the high price they charge. Coldstone is much better, more flavorful, and consistent in quality and taste over Maggie Moos. The servings are larger at Coldstone and less expensive for the same size offerings here. Only pro is the location in City Centre.

Ice cream wasnt exceptional. The mango Gelato wasnt really gelato and must have been made wrong as it was closer to an unripe mango cream (extra creamy). Employee was incredibly rude and impatient with my children... expensive for mediocre ice cream.

Prices high, and the owner i guess, walked in with a dog. She tben went behind the counter with said dog, puts it in the back where i assume food is and then without washing her hands comes and scoops ice cream with bare hands and spoon.

The ice cream is awesome and the folks behind the counter were super friendly; plus it is centrally located right in the middle of city center. Great place to come for a walk and then ice cream. Highly recommend.

Considering the lack of choices, this place was above average! The younger gentleman that helped us loved his job, which was more helpful, provided his suggestions with samples. Kudos!

I am sorry, but I just ate some ice cream from here. For a small cup, it cost over $5.00 and not good at all. I could have gone to see a movie today for$1.00 more. Very disappointed!

Prices a bit high but for someone with soy allergies it was great that it gives you allergen info on each of the flavor tags. and i was able to enjoy soy free chocolate icecream.
