Had an overall good experience, would have hoped for and expected better. The food and drinks were nice. We ordered the chicken sandwich, which was great, and the burger, which was ok, not very flavorful and very surprised that they dont carry American cheese as an option at the Pub when they are attached to a grocery store that has a massive selection of cheeses, but thats not that big of a deal really. The biggest issue we had was the manager, believe her name is Rhonda. She was rude to both the customers and staff. Had a very sour attitude, snippy and short towards not only our server/bartender but all the staff, as well as us and other customers. As we were trying to get situated and seated she pushed her way by us rudely saying "Ugh... Excuse me!" like we were a major inconvenience to her, rather than politely saying excuse me or waiting patiently for us to get seated. When she brought our food she pretty much tossed it down I front of us and walked off and when we question something about a side of dish we ordered she got a major attitude as if we needed to be grateful for the fact that we got our food and then made a big deal about it with our server, and when we asked for some ketchup she completely ignored us and walked off. But to give her the benefit of the doubt, we asked a few of the staff if she was always this way or if it was just her having a bad day and sadly it wasnt just a bad day but rather how she is on a regular basis. To make a long story short, the majority of the staff and the food was nice but I dont think a person like her needs to be in the customer service or food industry let alone be a manager of any kind. You lead by example and she by far is a very poor example of what good customer service is and I think a bad reflection on Wegmans.

When we got there, I was expecting something different. After all this pub is in a grocery store. The decor in there was more fancy than I thought it would be. Draperies, pictures on the wall, cloth seating. In my opinion that was overkill for what it was and where we were. The draperies that were over windows with no glass were a little strange to me along with the view of the seating for people enjoying the fine prepared foods that Wegmans has to offer. As if they were not good enough to be in here with us, LOL. I suppose I was expecting something like a Ruby Tuesday or TGI Fridays. I almost felt underdressed (T-shirt and cargo shorts) when we walked in. Aside from the decor, everything the food and the service were great. We enjoyed our meal with a brown ale by Midnight Brewery. We support local craft breweries. We shared a white bean hummus appetizer which was filling by itself. We both ordered the fish tacos made with blackened spiced mahi mahi. We both loved them but neither of us could finish them. We were slightly disappointed in the hours of operation because they closed at 10 and we had a nearby friend we wanted to have an after dinner drink with. But then again, its a pub in a grocery store . . .

8/17/16..arrived at the pub approximately at 11:30. 4 of us dinning at the Pub. We were promptly seated. Waited approximately 15min with no exaggeration before the waitress acknowledged us. We were serverd out drinks and our orders were taken. Approximately around 12:35p we were still awaiting our food. Manager comes over to let us know that there system crashed. All orders were being hand written. They were working on our order it would be another 10 min. 12:50p still no food. Manager then goes to the prepared bar to get Salmon. The Salmon was bland, the people that were with me didnt eat it. The waitress never came over to tell us what was going on nor to make sure we had our food. Once we asked for the check, the waitress stated that she was sorry and our food was being made. We wait a little bit longer, just because I was in the mood for crab cakes. Everyone that walked into the pub while we were waiting for our food to be processed were served. I informed the manager that the two people that she just gave food to came in just a few minutes ago so how are the orders being processed in the order that they were received? Worst experience in Wegmans ever. Will not be going back to the PUB

We had a reservation to 1:30 because we heard there is about a 45min wait. We sat down immediately and was greeted by a 20something boy. He took our drink and appetizer order was back relatively quickly. We had both our kids with us (3 and 4) and sat right next to the kitchen. We noticed there seemed to be some drama about which food coming from the kitchen belonged to what table. The debacle was amusing for us so the time flew by. Eventually a experienced manage showed up and whipped the young waiters and waitresses into shape. The food started moving very quickly and we didnt notice any extended wait time which was great especially with two kids. The food was amazing. And the drinks were always refilled. Wegmans you did a great job.

While I love Wegmans as a grocery store, the pub is not an experience Id want to repeat. Food service was slow - it took 40 minutes to get our food, and then only half of it arrived. The quality was a mixed bag - my husband enjoyed his cheeseburger and toddler liked her chicken but my turkey burger was a hockey puck and the green beans we ordered for the 14 month old arrived floating 2 inches deep in an odd watery butter sauce. Our conclusion: if its just adults looking for a slow paced meal, give it a try but stick to burgers and beer. If youve got small kids, or arent wanting hambrgers, either bail on the pub and get food from Wegmans hot food bars, or just go somewhere else.

After waiting at the entry for 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us, the bartender finally had a chance to greet us and show us to a table. We then patiently waited 15 minutes for a waitress to acknowledge us. The food came out quickly after that. Sadly, it was completely devoid of flavor. Bland is a understatement. How do you make chicken that doesnt even taste like chicken? I expected much more from Wegmans. I will remain a loyal grocery shopper, but I most certainly will not be dining here again.

I was looking at the menu on line. It would be nice if they published their prices. There are people that have to watch their bottom line and rather than be embarrassed when they arrive and realize they cannot eat there it would be nice to know ahead of time. This is why 1 star from me. Not very consumer orientated from my point of view
