DONT GO!!!!!! 6/19/2016 Sunday morning.. You are not felt welcomed at all, from the time you walk in. The workers there dont want to be there, and they want you to feel the same!! No one looks at you or greets you. I actually said hi to the lady in desserts and she just gave me a look, as if her cat just died. The cashier was on his phone and made me wait till he was done texting to answer my question. Which he still didnt and went right back to texting. I will never step foot in here again. Theres Season 52, Brio, Le Pain Quotidian and a list of other great customer service based restaurant in Tysons with great weekend breakfast options.

This La Madeleine is literally the worst one ever! Very bad customer service, and they stay messing up your order and not even apologetic about it. Waited for one hour with my friends and one of them didnt get her food. When they finally brought something, it was wrong. She wanted something else and we waited again and still her food didnt come. Finally, she demanded a refund and the manager was like oh its coming. Like what? Weve waited for another 30 minutes for her food like horrible. She didnt even say sorry or give her a free meal or something to compensate for their slow, lazy, rude service. Unbelievable.

Came back after 2 months , the first time they dropped the ball with me , just like every thing was terrible in my first visit this time around its better , seems like they worked on the things I mentioned and read my review ,that made so happy or if you like satestfied, thats exactly the reason why I do write these reviews . The quality of the food is excellent , the cafe is always packed with diners , the price is right considering the outrages prices in this trendy upper class neighborhood frequented by the Washingtonian elite .

Management needs a little help in hospitality at this location. After the receiving my food, I didnt feel the appetite to eat it anymore. Tables have been left a mess for long periods of time making it difficult for other patrons to find available seating especially during peak times. Place felt like a major downgrade in comparison to all of the other locations Ive been to within the DMV area. If you do decide to go here, its best to take your food to go and eat elsewhere.

Came here in the middle of the afternoon after shopping with my mom and my husband. The seating was all really close together, and it was super crowded. We did manage, however, to grab a "window" seat looking out into the other shoppers in the mall. GREAT people watching spot. We came only for coffee, but found that there was only one option available because the other two hadnt been refilled in what seemed like ages.

The food was SUBLIME! Today our company ordered a catered breakfast with all the trimming and it did not disappoint . Our order was late due to a store emergency, but the marketing manager Alicia emailed us to let us know , which says a lot about the company and staff. I cannot wait to order again. The food at this cafe is no longer what it used to be. I think the quality of the bakery especially has gone down. Their French roast coffee is still excellent and identifiable as the best I have had on the East Coast. Their soups are also good. This location does not allow you to sample their soups disappointingly.

If you want to pay $30 for your breakfast and wait 30 minutes for your sandwich to arrive, after you have drank your coffee, and when you complain youre offered a voucher which was never brought, come here.. terrible service. Id rather go to Le Pain Quotidien, pay more and get what I pay for.
