I realized this place just opened but seriously hope it improves. My husband brought home dinner last night. My crunchwrap supreme was so soggy I had to make sure there was even a hard taco shell inside, which there was. My husbands order was wrong, had lettuce on everything when he asked for none and put sour cream on things when he asked for spicy ranch. My husband drove 10 min back to the restaurant to get his order fixed. With little apology they replaced his and at this time he also order some Cinnabon bites. Other customers were coming in complaining at the same time. He got his food, got to the car to check everything and they forgot the Cinnabons so he had to wait even longer for those. Like I said I realize they just opened but you would think that because of this they would have some district manager or someone like that there making sure things were running smoothly and that the food was like it should be. We have been waiting months for this place to open and very disappointed.

This was one of the dirtiest Taco Bells Ive ever been in. There was food and dirt on the floor, tables, chairs, even the windows. The condiment bar had spilled food and trash. They were out of napkins and despite 3 customers telling them, they still never replaced them. The drink station had trash, spilled soda, even lids stuck in the spill tray. The bathroom was dirty despite a worker coming out from just cleaning it. She told me not to use one stall because it was full of toilet paper. Why not fix it? The one that I had to use was dirty and the door didnt even close all the way. The food was normal Taco Bell food, just cold. Staff acknowledged me as soon as I walked in, smiled and polite, but then chatted amongst each other the rest of the time. They were more social than working. Dont think Ill be returning.

I ate breakfast here about 9 a.m., the place was neat and clean. The wait for my food was average, but I do agree with a comment that was made by someone else that the Music Choice should be a little bit different or at least buried because it has more of a blues feel to everything there playing. One thing that was surprising to me was that they have cushioned booths to sit in the cushion is on the seat and on the back. Most fast food places have hard plastic which is not very comfortable so for me that was a big plus. The service was very good eye contact and tone of voice was very good.

My husband and I ate dinner here after picking up some things from Loweso. It was nice ,clean, service met us with smiles. Very glad to see, every new place has kinks to work out but 20 times better than Pizza Hut in Louisa that place needs help big time.

I literally just spent 40 minutes waiting for food. I watched at least 8-9 people walk in, not receive any attention, and leave after a few minutes. Ive never had such bad service. And the employees did not care one bit. Dont waste your time.

I have never had an experience as bad as this. They are solid and messed up on my 2 simple orders 3 times. I actually left just to find out I had to drive back because my order was messed up again. Never again

Waited over 25 minutes for my food before having to leave to make an appointment without my meal. Some of the guests before me said they had been waiting over 30 minutes. Awful experience.

Even with mobile ordering, we still waited 20 minutes for our food. The food was ice cold and made incorrectly and staff were rude when we pointed it out. This was during an evening visit.

We got our order to go and our tacos were set on the counter on the tray with an unopened bag next to the tray. We had to bag our own food. So much for customer service.
