I walked in with two friends around 8:30 PM on a holiday. The staff were apparently having a meeting in the front atrium, and as we arrived, they all turned to look at us in the same way ghost movie spirits would stare without action. We stood there for several minutes while they continued to dart their attention between the manager (who was speaking and also looking in our direction) and us until finally an employee seated us. There were approximately 12 waitstaff standing around and we were one of 3 tables seated (the first of which left about 5 minutes after we arrived). No idea what was up with the staff but the waiter who seated us did not come back to serve us and the one who did arrive took about 10 minutes to come and ask for drink orders, and another 10 minutes to ask for food orders. Simple diner food then took about 45 minutes to arrive. Refills of drinks were not provided until demanded about 5 times. Checks took forever to come. Cards took forever to be returned as well. No apologies for the delays in service or for anything, but the meal took almost 2 hours. Id mark it down to 1 star but the actual food taste was better than expected for IHOP.

Worst IHOP I have ever been to. Stopped in to eat while traveling home on Aug 5. 2014. Another customer was also waiting and informed us they were told there was no hostess. That place needs more then a hostess. We stood there waiting and not one employee even acknowledged any ones presence. They looked and just kept going. The phone was ringing and I counted 14 rings and no one picked it up. After almost 15 we left and not person had come to the front area. If this is a sample of your customer service it greatly needs improvement. Made me wonder if we had decided to stay how long it would have taken and if your servers have the same wonderful customer service attitude of " I dont care ". Would never consider stopping there again when we come that way..

DON"T GO THERE. After being seated, it took 10 minutes to get a drink order in. We were ready to order, but the waitress made us wait while she "put in our drink order. Very bad attitude. It then took almost an hour to get our meals...a hamburger and a sandwich. Waitress was unpleasant: put our food down and said "have a nice day"....no ketchup, no "is there anything else you need, etc.". Possibly the worst service I have ever had. Food was OK, but nothing special. Kitchen crew coming and going, occasional yells from the kitchen, manager was clueless. The only helpful person was a manager going off duty when we first arrived, and we never saw her again. Terrible....they should all be fired, or the place closed by IHOP.

Service was absolutely terrible. Our beverages were not delivered at one time, some of our guests waited while others received theirs. Two guests out of five had silverware while the rest had to wait for the meals. One guest was served warm tomato juice instead of chilled as it should have been. One guest did not receive her meal until the entire table had finished theirs. The waitress got irritated when we asked what was taking so long. Her response, "PLEASE, I said it was coming " in a confrontational voice. The manager comped the late meal but our family was appalled at the service. Not going back EVER !!! 9/27/15.

On a long trip home we stopped to get food, it was freezing in there, we waited forty minutes after being seated, still no food. The bathrooms are unsanitary. After the fort minutes we ask for our checks for our drinks and the waitress says, hang on i have to finish helping this other table she just seated, then says since we arent waiting, just go. It was the worst ihop experience ever. Ooh, and as we are sitting at the table, the kitchen decided to carry there bag of trash straight across the dining room right past us. I think the health department should pay them a visit.

Slow serice. Waited 10 minutes for a server and a server of a different section had to come ask for our drink order and took the actual server another 8 minutes to come to us. Didnt write down order and got things wrong. My eggs were cold and pancakes were overcooked. Waited 35-40 minutes for simple meal that should take 10 minutes TOPS to cook. Restaurant has less than 5 tables or maybe 10 customers at most. Amy is the only good server and I was disappointed when we had to have Colby rather than her. Lucky that we paid. Terrible service and not quality food.

Ill keep it simple. The location was a bit confusing to find but we made it. The food was delicious, especially the scrambled eggs. The PS Pancakes need a little work. For me, they were not cooked completely. The spaces are clean and the utensils show that they are properly washed. All in all it is a good place to eat and enjoy with company.

We started stopping in here on our way to Richmond--now a tradition. Always packed for breakfast, but service is fast. They never have a problem with us sharing an order, which is good since we dont want all that much for breakfast. We still walk away full, having paid a reasonable price, and having had a very nice experience!

Not enough staff, long wait to order, another long wait for the food to arrive. Half the food was cold. Sent the vegetable back three times. Still cold. Gravy was cold. The waitress was as helpful as she could be, but was very frustrated, also. This is the second visit here with the same results. We wont be back.

Sounds like a good place to stop but please do not waste your time. If you are ok waiting 20min to get your drink then this is your place. Listening to customers around me complain how much longer they need to wait for their food sets a great mood. PLEASE CLOSE THIS LOCATION IT GIVES OTHER IHOPS A BAD NAME.

After waiting at our table for 15 minutes and not a single person acknowledging us, we got up and left. We asked the hostess if someone was going to come take our drink order at least and her response was "of course". Well, evidently not, unless "of course" means a 20 minute wait to get a cup of coffee.

I have to say this was one of the best IHops weve eaten at. Debra our waitress was very attentive and friendly. She made sure our drinks were always full and that we didnt need anything. The food was delicious and brought to our table hot. Thank you for a great dining experience during our travels!!

The food was very tasty. Service was excellent. The problem was the kitchen; the bacon burger came with no bacon, the chicken avocado sandwich came with no avocado it had bacon. The mozzarella sticks were overly seasoned. The hash browns were cooked well, and the bacon was crispy and tasty.

Food was good took a little bit to get it though and when it came time to pay bill and leave you have to track down your waitress -----all others we have went to there is someone at register-- Im thinking that if that is changed wait staff can be for efficient in doing just that .. .
