Friendly staff, good food... however had 2 horrible to go order experiences here. The first and I arrived home with an order that didnt have the correct food it is far enough away that it wasnt worth going back for a half salad... The second I ordered and was waiting. Started noticing that other people who ordered after me were taking their food off the shelf. I was just about to say something when I noticed bags sitting on their mobile order shelf. Sure enough one of the orders matched up to mine so I took it and left. If were taking food to go and bringing it home Im going somewhere else.

Panera is an essential place for me because I can get FRESH, HEALTHY real food. FRESH should be in their name because they have never handed over anything less than perfectly FRESH. And that Chocolate cookie!!! OH MY... so delicious it truly is sinful. Not even Grandma or the cookie baking fanatic females in the family come anywhere near this cookie MAGIC. Ill never tell! Thanks Panera.... for consistency, for fresh food made just as you order it, and all pretty darn fast too. You all deserve a Raise!

This panera gets my order wrong every single time I order. They have yet to make an order right and Ive been coming here for years. The only reason why I keep coming here is because its walking distance from my house. But Id rather drive out to another location from now and on. If someone pays extra for toppings, you should make sure its included in the meal. And I realized they didnt put dressing in my salad after they closed,once again, so I had to go pick some up at the grocery store.

My son experience; Today, I went to panera bread with a couple of friends because it was the end of the school year. when we went to enter, there was an employee that was standing by the door. He told us to not go in unless we are buying something and if he sees us just sitting there talking he will kick us out. We were going to get something anyway but I did not like how rude he was.

Home Location: Ive been going to this location since 2009. I luv all of the locations but this one is my favorite. The employees are welcoming, helpful and generous. And I love to see the smiles when the customers come through the door. I look for Panera when Im traveling...thats how much I luv there selections. AWESOME!!!!

I tried to call in an order today for pick-up at 11:30 and I was hung up on 3 times before someone actually came on the phone to take my order. When he was taking my order he didnt pay attention to what I was ordering and was rude to me on the phone. DO NOT DO CARRY OUT WITH THIS STORE.

Three consecutive days my mobile orders have been wrong. I like the convenience of their Rapid Pickup service, but only when I dont have to turn around because my order is wrong. I dont want to change my routine, but if things continue as they are I certainly will.

Unfriendly service leaves a bad taste. Dine in service not offered and food thrown in bag. Restroom needs attention. 6 people standing in back of counter and only one person waiting on those in line. Typical If this area and its lack of customer service.

Fall for Butternut Squash!!!! High in fiber, low in fat, and packed with heart-healthy nutrients. I couldnt believe its taste! Dipped in bread was great, too.
