No stars. Three meals on a rapid pickup order, 0 of 3 were correct. When I called the manager she never uttered the word sorry or apology and gave the impression that I was inconveniencing her. So instead of a store credit I asked that they deliver the food. That was obviously not well received but she agreed and told me it would be 15 minutes. As I write this it has been an hour and no sign of the delivery. Ironic that the receipt says "Accuracy Matters, Your order should be correct every time. If its not, well fix it right away, and give you a free treat for your trouble. Just let any associate know." Yeah, right. Poor performance followed by terrible customer service followed by no delivery. That will get you 0 stars every time. Too bad it wont let me post it without giving them 1 start.

Ive been here many times, especially to sequester a table for a few hours to study or work on my laptop. I like the view and large space in this Panera. There is a fireplace in the center and many tables for even large groups (up to 12) to sit as a group. The service has always been friendly and prompt. They can improve their process flow, however. As you wait in line to order food, the menu board is not in good view. The coffee station is behind the line, and not in progression with the flow of traffic. If you know what you want and are not getting coffee, then everything is in flow, but for me it has always been awkward.

Love Panera... but my local store on Broad near Cox doesnt like to out the heat on! Its in the 50s outside and they have cold air blowing inside... cant even take off my coat! Burrrrr! This is the 3rd time on cold days Ive ducked in and had to leave... guess I gotta find another coffee/lunch spot for the winter! Lol I downloaded an app for temperature... luckily my phone has sensors. Says its 64 degrees in here! Its close... it feels under 68 which I have my house set at in the eves... and thats slippers and sweater temp!

Quick service, good food. However, when you order using the online option, make sure you double check your order before you leave. Im usually in a rush when I use the online ordering option, and just grab and go. Twice Ive been burned with something having been left out of a very simple order, such as the half sandwich in a You Pick 2. Really? Very disappointing. Lesson learned. Take the extra few seconds to pull everything out before you leave, or go somewhere else more reliable.

This location is easy in and easy out. Lots of staff to accommodate the customers so that youre not waiting in line for one cashier. The staff are friendly and this location is close to offices and nearby neighborhoods. Easy on and off I-64. Dont forget that you can use the app or website to place an order and pick it up. If you frequent Panera Bread, dont forget to sign up for their awards programs.

Love this place...I am here EVERY single day...I just love their sweet teas. They make it perfectly (not too sweet, (almost) every time. I am addicted to their teas. Their salads and soups are awesome as well...a little pricey, but tastes so good.

This location is usually pretty busy from 1145am till about 2ish (lots of businesses close by hence everyone going to lunch at the same time) but everyone is always super nice, friendly and i havent encountered any issues with my orders.

Cant go wrong with Panera! Always fresh and full of flavor. That Chicken Cobb Salad w/ Avocado is amazing. And the Orange Scones are a gift from the Gods.
