This was our first time ordering takeout from Asian American Restaurant, and it was absolutely delicious! We had the sesame chicken, orange beef, combination fried rice, and egg rolls. The food was piping hot, the egg rolls were delicious, the meat was well seasoned; and not chewy, hard, or dry. The broccoli that came with the meat was not too hard or soft, and it was not doused in a salty sauce which made it a nice compliment to the rich meat. I didnt feel like a sack of potatoes after eating the meal- a true sign of good, fresh cooking that does not overdo it on the oils. I was surprised that they brought a wall calendar with the food free of charge. I will definitely be a repeat customer the next time we decide to order takeout!

I think they are are very nice polite people the place looks very clean my food is always fresh if broccoli is a little overcooked sometimes the only thing I dont like is the prices if you pay $8 for a combination you should have rights too I live right up the road so it is convenient I I used to go to Pearl River it was not very clean the kind of people that hang on the corner was not very good siding people living upstairs doing drugs at Pearl River so this restaurant has one my four star

I recently moved to Hopewell & was looking for a good Chinese place. I ordered from here because of the reviews that I found on Google & Facebook. I am glad that I did the lady on the phone was very nice, the prices are good & it only took 45 minutes for delivery at lunch. My food was hot & delicious. Will definitely be reordering when I have a craving for Chinese food.

I always judge an Asian restaurant by its hot and sour soup. That may not be a fair assessment, but its just what my priority is. While the soup was prepared very quickly (a little voice in my head said TOO quickly), it was very good. I was disappointed to find no pork whatsoever. Thats why it got to me so fast. Otherwise, it was still good, just not as satisfying.

Restaurant quality has been going down hill for several months. Ordered several times thinking hmmmm maybe a bad cook day. The quality is being sacrificed to save money. The beef Is chewy, the steamed dumplings are no longer handmade they taste horrible just not satisfied. Wont be returning.....

The quality of service is casual and friendly, and they seem to be very organized in working with customer orders. I never have to wait long for food. While their cooking is the best "Asian American" food Ive ever had, while I visit Hopewell, its definitely a go-to spot because it is good!

In general, the food was mediocre at best. The egg roll was pretty good and the sweet tea was good, however the crab Rangoons and fried rice were pretty. Service was very prompt though
