Me and my friends go to this restaurant very often , last night however we went and it was the worst restaurant experience we have had. One of my friends ordered cranberry juice and when it came to the table it didnt look right so he tried it and of course it was not cranberry. We informed the waiter and he became very disrespectful and rude. We attempted to ignore him and went ahead and ordered our food. After multiple comments by the waiter I asked to speak to a manager. The female waiter told me the manager was sitting a few tables behind me behind the wall and said she would get her then the disrespectful male waiter came over and asked why i wanted to speak to a manager and i informed him that i simply needed to speak to one. He then became loud and told me the manager was not there and there was no supervisor on duty. The rest of the time we were there the male disrespectful waiter kept making comments about us and pointing at our table. At the end of the night the female waiter told us if we want to speak to the manager come back tomorrow. I have been this restaurant a total of 3 times so that i could possibly speak to the manager and each time the staff has told me to come back and when i come back there still is no manager or supervisor there. How ever there is an Older lady who i am presuming to be the manager because she always walks away when i come in and she is dressed in different clothing. I simply wanted to express my discomfort and what happened so that it wont happen again but i see that that probably wont be possible. I am very upset about this experience and i will not be going back anymore due to bad service and the fact that i cannot get ahold of a manager

I went there with my friend and we had really bad experience!! though the food taste good they had a rude waiter!! the male waiter with bad accent! we couldnt understand from his asian accent and we asked him to repeat then he become vey angry from us! we were about to leave from his rudeness! then he went to another table and started to point to our table and laugh!!!!! I will never come back to this restaurant as long as this waiter is still working there!! it was the last day for my friend in the town and we wanted to spend a good time together and he ruined our dinner by his bad attitude! even when I asked him to refill my water he didnt!!

Apparently, this place is owned by the same people who own Saigon Saigon and Zen. They share employees between the three restaurants, so its not unusual for your server to have a shirt on with a logo from one of the other restaurants... They have a pretty decent happy hour. $3 for potstickers or beer, $5 sangria, etc. Their sangria looks fancy, but tastes more like grape juice than wine. The atmosphere is dark and rather romantic inside, but the food is just average and expensive for the portions you get. Overall, I was pretty underwhelmed.

This has become a regular for my girlfriend and I. The food itself is fantastic, the sake always hits the spot, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere is great for a date. We usually grab a sushi meal and sake for dinner then head over to the other half of the restaurant which has a more bar/entertainment feel. Its a very versatile place to go, and we always enjoy it. Its a fun and affordable way to spend an evening.

Wonderful atmosphere, but we didnt try the food. We left because we were informed after they sat us at 9:25 that the kitchen and staff like to be out of there by 10pm. This was after the waiter asked my partner and I if we were ready to order no less than 6 times in 3 minutes. I will likely update this review if I ever get to trying the food.

Not worth it. They have too many options and none of them are executed properly. The spicy tuna was ground tuna and was difficult to finish. Steamed buns were below average at best. I usually write positive reviews but was compelled to write this based on the quality of food we got for what we spent.

Flight got canceled due to snow. Just had a wonderful dinner with some friends. Fresh sushi & fabulous happy hour mojitos. Friendly service and good location, just few minutes from Metro & the mall. We will definitely be back tomorrow for lunch. Ramen noodles menu looks yummy also.

Very good food. Service started slow but then went good after taking our order. Prices are what is expected, plan on about $50 for two minus liquor. Plus, they have hot and cold sake, what else do you need? My new favorite place in Pentagon City.

Great sushi selection and the ginger salad was substantial. The chef special rolls are huge while something small like the spicy tuna is a great addition to the table. Miso soup with sushi orders as well. Prices were reasonable as well.

The service was great, the food was yummy, the happy hour specials were a good deal (I enjoyed the sangria!). This will definitely be on my list of regular restaurants for a couple apps and drinks. (Happy hour M-Th 5-7pm) Check it out!

Great little resturant with a delightful menu selection to include yummy sushi. Staff is on point and always greet you with a smile. No need for reservations. Outdoor seating is available and relaxing on a nice day.

Great place to eat around the corner. I had a Spicy Miso Ramen for lunch. It was plenty. I placed the order with Jose (not a Japanese name :)) and my pickup was ready in 10 min. (y) Thumbs up.

The sushi here is great! The severs dont really speak to you they just set your food down and keep it moving... Other than thatheart place for lunch. Not too crowded and the decor is nice as well.
