Service here is very poor. Came here to have dinner with my sister before going to see a movie. We placed orders for sushi - my sister placed her order first, then I placed mine 10 minutes after. After sitting for 30 minutes and no sushi, we decided to pay for the cream-heavy Thai tea I ordered (it was pretty bad, so I didnt finish it) and leave. I went to the waitress who took my order and asked if I could pay for my drink. She rudely asked me, "So do you want the sushi or not?" I kindly told her no and that I would just like to pay for my drink before I was late for my movie. It turned out that my sisters order wasnt even placed though she ordered before me! The waitress took my payment, slammed my receipt on the counter, and turned away. I said, "Thank you. Have a good evening." She said nothing. On top of everything, we endured sitting through the noise of an alarm that was broken. This restaurant seriously needs improvement in customer service. I would have been more understanding if we were at least updated on why it took 30 minutes to make sushi. A simple apology would have been appreciated. Needless to say, I will not be visiting this restaurant again.

Had been there several times in the past but it had been a while. The appetizers were the only good party of the night unfortunately. The wait to even be greeted by a waiter once seated was horrible. The host ended up coming over to take our order after we questioned why we had yet to see a waiter after 15-20 min. We decided to stay because we were already there. As I said before, the appetizers were good. The entree of pineapple fried rice was extremely disappointing. The shrimp had absolutely no seasoning, not even salt. The rice had obviously started to burn, you could smell and taste it. The rice had no seasoning either. The only palatable part were the cashews. Hoping I could save the night with a dessert, I ordered the Galae custard. Also turned out completely bland. I left very dissatisfied with the food especially talking into account what I had come to expect of this establishment and even more so having to pay what I did for it. Just wont go back is all. So sad.

Galae Thai has amazing thai food! The staff is wonderful, and very accomodating! I have never had an issue with the service at Galae Thai. The food is exceptional and reasonably priced. The interior of the restaurant is very unique and beautiful! I eat here all the time! If youre looking to get your food to go they always have it ready for you in 5-10 minutes. I have never seen it really packed so its never a problem getting a table. I would highly recommend Galae Thai to any thai lover! If youre looking to go on a nice date or just enjoy a nice meal with some friends, this place is a great choice! Also try their margaritas, the best I have had in awhile! They also have a wonderful martini made with a rare fruit from Southern China called the Lychee Martini, great!

If I could give negative stars I would. We walked in for supper & were seated, and we were immediately accused of skipping out on our bill the "last time we were there". They told where we sat (weve never sat there). And they told us it was for lunch. I work way too far away to go there for lunch, and neither me or my husband has EVER had lunch there. We explained that to them but they were very rude and insisted it was us. Well, no it wasnt - we dont do that. Ever. We also were not / could not be there at the time they said. We are normally very generous customers. But I will tell you that due to their attitude we will never eat at this restaurant again. Needless to say, we left without ordering.

They are HORRIBLE first they had an attitude about my service dog then they gave me shrimp tempura that wasnt even fried. They were horrible both times I went. I went the second time just to make sure I wasnt overreacting. If I can give them a negative star then they would get negative infinity. Service animals are allowed everywhere and if you cant make the customers happy, you need to close your restaurant down. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! will never go there even if I was paid to. There are plenty of other sushi places with better services I advice you go there instead. I dont like that you force me to give you a star either when you dont deserve it before posting.

Again, Sam Phao wins my thai heart, but this is another pre-movie location. Theyre fast, theyre good, theyre clean, and the atmosphere is the basic little "asian" cliche theme thing. Its a fun place, altho ive never stayed. I always grab and go. So, if you need a GOOD bite of thai food before a movie, and dont have much time, place your buttox at the bar and order some food. It comes out in about 10 minutes or less. Its really tasty and its fairly priced for the quantity you get. Id like to stick around one night for dinner, but usually if im going out for Thai, im heading to Sam Phao. Food - Good Service - Good? (always to go) Atmosphere - Generic .

We got our food faster than anywhere else Ive ever been. Once I started eating I understood why. The dish smelled bad. The sauce was the same consistency of water. The pork was pre-cooked, so it was pretty hard and completely tasteless. The tofu had been fried some amount of days prior, which I know because it was chewy. I didnt even know it was possible for tofu to be chewy. Im a pretty boring guy so I only get the Pad Thai wherever I go. This Pad Thai was the worst Ive ever had by far. I couldnt tell if the "sweetness" of it was from the food being poorly spiced, or because it was rancid.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. The Thai food is excellent, the sushi/sashimi/nagiri is always fresh, and the few "fusion" items on the menu are delicious. The manager, Beni, makes great drinks behind the bar, and if you dont know the name of a drink you want, just tell him what youre in the mood for and wait to be amazed by the new creation he will make up for you. The service is great, and the owner is really nice. It has a pretty interior and its quiet enough to easily hold a conversation but you dont really worry about other parties eavesdropping on you.

This was awful. Ill never order delivery from here again. 7 minutes from this place & it took them over an hour to deliver me cold food. Cold bad Thai.... Theres nothing worse. Never again. If I save 1 person a bad experience, Ive done my duty. Go with MOMO and just pick it up. This place is just not good and a huge waste of money. Still hungry b/c I had to throw this garbage out.

The shrimp toast was really good. My wife got the Tom Kha soup with shrimp, which was decent but the proportions were a little off. For entrees, I got the duck salad - which was more duck than salad, but really salty. My wife got the crab fried rice, which was fried rice with canned crab on top. Id recommend the service and appetizers, not so much the entrees.
