HAIR IN MY FOOD. My fiance and I ordered take out from here. We got the General Tsos Chicken, 1 shrimp eggroll, an order of the fried ragoon, and a small thing of shrimp fried rice. As soon as I opened general tsos chicken there was a hair right on top. As I the dug through the chicken I found a second hair. I called them and told them what had happened and they said I had to come all the way back up there with the hair in order for them to do anything. There was no way I was doing that because I threw the chicken away and they probably would have said it wasnt their hair after driving all the way back up there. We decided to not eat the chicken and go for the rice after a few bites into the rice my fiance found another hair. APPALLED DO NOT EAT HERE

For those of you who think the Chinese staff is rude, I should point out that their phone etiquette is different and there is a language barrier. Get over yourself. The owner, on the other hand, is awkward and has no customer service skills to speak of and hes from here. The food is better than most local Chinese restaurants, but thats not saying much... It is a lot of food and their General Tsos chicken is fairly good and usually crispy. Your experience will vary based on who is working the register and kitchen at the time.

This is the BEST Chinese food Ive tasted since moving to the east end. Ive been here for 3 months or so and tried three other places nearby. Ive been getting used to the food being of lesser quality in this area so this was nice. I order from here like a few times a week. My favourite is their general tso lunch special. Not to mention for lunch they give you a generous amount of food (like lunch and dinner for me).

Hides their plates, forks, napkins, and sauces; forget about fortune cookies. Cheap people loses customers trying to save $0.003. Denies having plates until my friend threatened to cancel order, then the skinny old lady gives us plates. Dont ask for napkin, theyll rip one out of their paper towel roll.

The food tasted good a couple bites in but then it quickly got bad for me and the people I was with when we ate there. Never again will I eat there when Im in the area. Made my stomach hurt for a couple days. And felt full from a few bites. MSG? You decide

They messed up my order twice out of 4 times, but they do replace it after. A little on the high end for price compared to other restaurants of the same type, and food is alright in my opinion. I still recommend of I the area and looking for Chinese food.

Food is ok. Its a convenient meal for dinner. Definitely not fabulous. Considering Highland Springs choices, its better than most other Chinese restaurants. Depends on who is working. Customer service can be terrible!

Food has gone down hill over the past few years. When you order food with no shrimp and constantly get it then theres a problem. So next time they hand me food with shrimp, catching a charge will be worth it

I ordered something simple to go, broccoli and chicken and it wasnt exactly right. It came with a few carrots mixed in and the sauce and entire meal missed in terms of overall flavor. I havent been back.

Food was horrible! They had the kids working the register and the kitchen. So...service was bad too. Dont look around if you do decide to try it, Im pretty sure the health inspector has never been there.

Its ok, but I went during lunch special. Small serving, not a lot of food at all. Also Chinese tea tasted like diet? But if desperate and in that area I would prob. try again but not "lunch special."

My food was disgusting and had hair in it, not just one strand but multiple. The rice was poorly cooked and so bland and they didnt even include soy sauce in my bag. Worse take out experience ever.

Went in and got my food didnt wait very long for it got back to my room food was still to hot to eat but after a little wait the food was great will definitely be going back next time im in town

The worst I have ever eaten. The only reason I got it was because Lis Garden wasnt open on Sunday. The best Chinese food in richmond. Go to Li Garden on Creighton rd.
