I placed my first order for 5 nights of dinners last week. They were delivered approximately 2 or 3 days later. They came packaged in individual plastic containers with the main entree on one side and the vegetables on the other side and had a plastic film covering the top, much like a frozen dinner would be, though the food was not frozen, but fresh. There were 2 different chicken meals, a beef meal, and I believe 2 salmon meals. The veggies were diced butternut squash, edamame and brussel sprouts and the Asian Beef side had a side of rice. Overall, I have been extremely pleased with the meals. The convenience is unbeatable and they taste much better than frozen meals. I like the idea of knowing I can come home from work and have a good, healthy dinner almost ready (just need to microwave!). It is fairly expensive but much cheaper than going out to eat or ordering delivery pizza or sandwiches. So far the only complaint I have is that the beef in the Asian Beef dinner was pretty tough. I like being able to go online and see what the next weeks planned meal delivery is and I will start adding a small salad and/or bread to the dinners. I will update my reviews as I try the different meals and this time Ill pay more attention to each individual meal for my reviews.

This is the third meal delivery company weve tried, and its the only one I want to use again. Finally a company that gets that a lot of folks dont want a simple starch anymore. These came with a protein entree and a side of veggies, except for the vegetarian whole wheat pasta which had veggies and sauce (fabulous). Meals arrived perfectly packed in ice packs, and high tech packaging that keeps in the fridge for almost 2 weeks. But all these companies do the oxygen-free packing now - these actually taste great. Even our daughter liked them. She had the pork loin and green beans. I had the chicken and crab. I was skeptical about chicken - too easy to overcook and dry out. Was I wrong! It was tender and juicy and not just because of the sauce that was with it. Everything was flavorful and well-seasoned and cooked to the perfect doneness. My husband likes crunchy veggies, and I prefer them to be softer, but these are somehow the perfect in-between that makes us both happy. This will be our go-to meal service from now on.

I have to believe the other reviews on here are from someone related to the owners. I cannot describe how disappointed my family was with this product. We Purchased a week of food for my parents as part of their Christmas gifts. It was delivered to my house by mistake instead of theirs. My first thought upon seeing the food was that it looked like a cheap frozen dinner I could have bought for about $4.00. We went ahead and delivered the meals to my parents. They are typically never the type to complain about a gift, but a couple days later when asked said "it was so bad we thought you should know". I sampled the meals myself and can confirm they are no better then a cheap frozen dinner from your local grocery store. And the advanced packaging they refer to on their website is literally shrink wrap on a plastic plate. Stay away from this scam.

This service is unbeliavable since we never expected the food to be this good, it is actually fresh, tasty and lean. The delivery comes to your door each Saturday and you are set for the week! My family loves it, specially because we are all very busy in order to have time to plan meals and cook. The price is actually pretty fair for the quality of food you are getting. My only complaint would be the portion size, but I do understand they have a caloric intake to maintain in order for the food to be considered healthy enough. Anyway, we usually supplement with salad or cereal in case we still are a little hungry after eating (still better than cooking). Keep the good food coming!

Great food low sodium and portion control, which are important. No preparation and thank goodness not some frozen dinner.
