Im giving this place 5 stars for various aspects. The service was excellent. -Through my wait I was conversed with not ignored, and made to feel like an important customer. -The wait was very short, even though the burger I ordered was prepared fresh right in front of me. -The owner and I had a pleasant conversation of our mutual food backgrounds, which brought us to health code violations and how much the annoyed and disgusted us. Needless to say the kitchen was in excellent condition. The atmosphere was pleasant. -This is a diner..old style walk up establishment, so rating within that category I would say it was very homey, having a wonderful neighborhood feel. It actually made me think how nice it would be to bring my children here at some point, almost a taste of the past. The food! -I found through conversation with the owner they only use black angus beef in their burgers. -The buns were perfectly toasted, which most places do not take the time to do any longer. -The burgers were very firm and rich, showing they had a particularly low fat content, probably 90/10 -The burgers are made fresh by the staff, as opposed to purchasing premade frozen beef patties. -The toppings were in CORRECT proportion to the burger itself. Not a McDonalds/Burger King/etc.. type of feeling where you have a nice hand print in the bun, and your toppings are swimming in mayo as they slowly drip into your lap. -The flavor was awesome! This was probably the best burger Ive ever had, aside from those I personally prepare. The price was very nice. -Considering the flavor, quality of ingredients, and service you may think to pay traditional prices at a minimum for the food here. This is not the case, its actually a great deal as well. The Double Meat burger I purchased was 5.13 after tax, and well worth the price. The combo meals were around 6.50 or so and come with a fry and drink. The quality level here would raise the price at most places to around 7 for the burger, and 8 or 9 for the combo. The only foul mark towards Heavenly Burgers I have to mention is the location. Highland Springs is sort of seedy, and sadly its about 15-20mins away from me. Its well worth the journey however! :)

Ordered an Angel Burger with double meat, cheese and all the toppings in a combo. While waiting, the staff was personable and told me theyd refill my drink. The fries were decent, the portion was a little smaller than Id like it to be. The burger was significantly bigger than I thought it would be, which I was more than happy with. It was a little bit greasy, but tasted fantastic. Heavenly Burgers establishment is a little misleading. At first glance it might put someone off, but their burgers are absolutely worth a try.

My chocolate shake had some nuts and cherries and bits of carton wax. The woman said she had run out of chocolate so she used vanilla with chocolate syrup. My burger was overcooked and dry, on a stale bun. There were three counter places, all were dirty. The woman wiped them with a dirty cloth. I will not give them another chance with my health.

Cheeseburger is my favorite food so to be a burger joint.....NASTY!!! Please dont waste your time or money. Just looking at how unsanitary and gross it is you might get sick. I never do reviews but I just had to say something! I was very disappointed

Very tasty and affordable. Good FF too. Its an old fashioned walk up window but worth getting out of your car.
