“biryani is not awesome but it won’t disappoint you for sure been looking for best biryani in town past few days, tried so-called best biryani in town rest and personally I did not like that much, not contradicting other reviewers. Everyone has their own taste buds. I had been here in the month of May. and tried their mutton biryani. it was good. meat pieces were cooked perfectly like they should have. the ambience was good. I guess it was running by 3-4 Telugu guys like other Andhra restaurant. they were doing a good job. I will try their ala carte and buffet someday. recommended..!! (one thing I have seen here in Richmond area, what is this family/regular pack in biryani.) that’s funny..!! After few days, I tried their buffet too on Friday. their biryani was amazing in the buffet which is highly unlikely as never found good biryani in the buffet, bt thats it. except for biryani, none of the items was good in taste. and guess what, after few mins, they were out of the plate and then plastic plates were there. lol.bt yes, will go for biryani again

WORST INDIAN FOOD AND OWNER IS A THEIF ! They delivered food that looked like they played football with, damaged product, and the food was not made as ordered. We called back, reported the problems, they said sure we will refund you, 3 weeks later still no refund. Everytime I call the owner hangs up in my face and/or rejects my calls and my fiances calls and texts, very unprofessional and they do not speak English very well so rational explanation of my problem owner does not want to listen,instead of listening to my concern he overpowers me and just tells me to call my bank, its not his problem. Had to dispute charges with my bank. Avoid this place,plenty of other professional indian restaurants in Richmond.

I went there twice. The first time we thought it was just a miss. But getting same bad service and foods the second time makes us think that was not an coincident. We ought for their lunch buffet. The foods were OK but lack of variety. Service was terrible! When we sat in, we saw a couple cups of water on the table. We wondered if they forgot to clean the table. The waiter said they saw us in the parking lot so they served the water before we came in. Weird!! How come they know we were up to their store? There are at least three other restaurants nearby. We were skeptical so we asked to change but the waiter insisted those were meant for us. We never touched those cups!

It was a longest day as me with couple of friends were driving past 8 hrs. So the first thing you look after such hours of continuous drive is to get is food that too an India food. we search on google and found bawarchi so we just jump into the restaurant. being an hyderabadi the first thing that grab our attention was too look BIRYANI in the menu that too HYDERABADI.It was soo DELICIOUSSSSSSS as it reminds me my home town and the staff was wonderful and the ambiance was really good you can ever imagine in USA. It was so reasonable and affordable .

I ordered food in bulk for a wedding reception and social gatherings on a couple of occasions. The food was delicious . Must have dishes are goat biryani, haleem, butter chicken, mirchi ka salan, chicken 65. In desserts khubani ka meetha, double ka meetha and kaddu ka kheer stand out. I have tried several Indian restaurants in NJ, NY, PA, TX, NC, MD, GA and VA and this is by far the best. I am a Hyderabadi and it always felt like I was eating food in Hyderabad. The owner is very accommodating, flexible and the service is timely.

Worst service ever!! Food was not good!! The appetizers took forever!! Naan was half burnt!! Food was cold. There is no description of the dishes on the menu. We ordered drinks, which they didnt bring out, when we asked the server for it, he said he thought to bring it with dinner. Had to keep asking for everything like water, napkins. Overpriced restaurant for bad food and service. When asked for the check we were just told the amount, had to ask for an itemized bill.

Whats wrong. Are u serious !! Do u have any choice of food ? Please atleast have some sort of option . No sweet dish ..No chutney ..Cold nan...Lol ..R u kidding me , samosa/pakora ...Clearly a frozen one ..Fried and oily...Only cucumber in salad...My advise ..Increase ur price but. Serve the freshly cooked food instead frozen and dont forget to label all the food , no surprise in closed heavy containers

The food here is DELICIOUS, and stands on its own, but, the service here is probably one of the worst I have seen in any restaurant, have been there several times , the owner was there once , and seemed like a great person , its the servers who make you feel like you are a burden , I am only writing this because the food is so delicious, that the service brings it down.

Zero Star I should rate. Bad service, worst food, very very less varieties in buffet, more cost($13.99) which is totally not worth for buffet and no logical explanation when I complained to them and still they charged me by $2 less (if I am in his place, i will say no charge for sure or just charge $1/person or worst case half price.

I and my friend came to virgina for a visit from atlanta and we had a great time here. Food was very tasty especially haleem and chicken biryani is very delicious. We felt like we were experiencing hyderabadi style and their service is real good. Hope we come back to taste their haleem and chicken biryani soon ! Loved it ...

Been there a couple of times. Initially it was very good but their food seem very inconsistent. Owner or whoever is handling this google posting cannot handle any criticism. First of all you folks need to listen to the customers and learn how to handle any criticism. Owner is arguing on most of the negative reviews here.

welcome to flavor! I used to live in India so I consider myself pretty well versed on Indian food. I thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant. I had a hard time picking what I liked best. the chicken kebab and biryani were delicious. the cook is from Hyderabad, so no wonder its great! Lunch buffet on a week day is $12.99.

I went with my family for a dinner. 2 years back, this place used to be crowded. But not now. It is not maintained well. The place have lost lot of regular customers. The food quality have dropped. It is average, flavorless and spicy. I was happy with the service, but the food is very concerning. I give 3 star

Food is good.. Worst Service Ever.. Nobody cares if you have water or not. It takes at least 10 minutes for them to serve water to you after seating. Also togo orders from here had taken at least one hours both the times I ordered here, will never order here anymore..

Worst food I ever had in my life till now.lunch buffet was overpriced for what they provide.Food was not hot and the taste was very bad.I will never go back and suggest no one to go.And for vegetarians a big no no to this place.The restaurant also was very dirty.

Worst biriyani ever...No difference in taste between a lamb biriyani and chicken biriyani.. Lamp was so hard.. Not at all edible eat... Starters were very salty.. Taste was also worst.. I have been before for lunch.. It was okay .. But today was the worst..
